Leads Japan product strategy and integrated planning across multiple projects and indications, aligning with global teams and embedding Japan specific medical needs, regulatory pathways, and market dynamics. Position Summary The Associate Director, GMT Marketing , will be responsible for the all marketing activities of an upcoming new launch product in Japan working closely with Brand Lead and other stakeholders . S/he will be responsible for making sure the launch readiness and own the development and execution of strategy including disease awareness , patient diagnosis , branded communication, peer-to-peer programming , and non-personal promotion . This is a highly strategic role that requires seasoned commercial acumen, scientific curiosity , and growth mindset. The role also requires close collaboration with Sales, Thought Leader Liaison, Medical Affairs, and other internal functions .
