What You’ll Be Doing:Architecting and delivering robust end-to-end integration solutions for large-scale enterprise platforms.Driving client and stakeholder discussions to capture integration requirements and map business processes to supporting applications.Selecting appropriate integration technology components, communication patterns, and data entities.Leading cross-team collaboration, making key architectural decisions, and solving complex technical challenges across distributed teams.Evaluating emerging technologies and integration patterns to improve overall system interoperability and performance. What We’re Looking For:Proven experience operating as an Integration Architect or Lead System Architect within enterprise-scale environments.Strong consultant mindset: Ability to lead client discussions, explain architectural trade-offs, and guide non-technical stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Low-Code Application Development, API Design, and system interoperability.Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to manage team decisions and foster knowledge sharing. Must-Haves:Expert-level Pega Architecture proficiency (P4 - Expert) with Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (or certified Senior System Architects ready to operate at this level).Hands-on mastery of the Pega Platform, API design, and modern enterprise integration patterns.Strong communication and presentation skills in English for daily cross-team and client engagement.
