We are hiring a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer for a team that builds and improves a platform for education. This platform helps professionals understand and use data about programs and accreditation. In this job, you will: Work with a C# and .NET backend Work with Next.js frontends Work in a monorepo (one big project with many parts) Your main skill should be backend development with C# and .NET. You will also write frontend code, but your strongest area should be the backend. What You Will Do: Build and maintain backend services using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8) and Entity Framework Core Create and connect RESTful APIs (following the existing patterns in the project) Write frontend code using Next.js 14, React 18, and TypeScript Connect with reporting and analytics services Talk directly with the client and other teams to understand what they need Learn and follow the project’s code standards and architecture Write tests (unit tests and integration tests) to check if the code works correctly Review other developers’ code and help improve the team’s work Work in an Agile team, delivering finished and tested code regularly What You Need to Know: 3+ years working as a backend developer with C# and .NET Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs Knowledge of Entity Framework Core (or similar tools) Experience with databases like Azure SQL or SQL Server Understanding of dependency injection, SOLID principles, and layered architecture Experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js (willing to work across full-stack) Experience with Git and writing tests Ability to read and understand large, complex code projects Strong communication skills and advanced English level (to work with global clients and teams) Nice to Have: Experience with Microsoft Azure services (like Azure SQL) Knowledge of NoSQL databases (like Azure Cosmos DB) Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Experience with application monitoring (Application Insights, Serilog, or similar) Experience with monorepo tools (Turborepo, npm workspaces) Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or component libraries (shadcn/ui, Radix UI) Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) Understanding of authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT, MSAL) Our benefits: -Health and dental insurance -Meal and food allowance -Childcare assistance -Extended paternity leave -Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; -Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR); -Life insurance -Continuous learning platform (CI&T University); -Discount club -Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well-being -Pregnancy and responsible parenting course -Partnerships with online learning platforms -Language learning platform And many more! We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help evolve and scale backend services, APIs, and orchestration workflows in a cloud-based environment. In this role, you will contribute to the modernization of existing services, support the migration from Flask to FastAPI, and help build a more scalable, decoupled architecture using Azure. You will take ownership of API specifications and contribute to the reliability, performance, and observability of backend solutions. Responsibilities Support the migration of backend services from Flask to FastAPI , improving maintainability, performance, and scalability. Own and maintain API specifications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across integrations. Evolve the multi-run orchestration flow, from API requests through multirun processing to Optim-core integration. Help transition orchestration workloads toward queue-based workers running on Azure Container Apps , reducing dependencies on Azure Machine Learning Studio (AMLS). Design and implement run lifecycle APIs, article swap endpoints, and results persistence mechanisms. Build and maintain reliable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Flask. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability practices. Identify and address technical challenges related to service reliability, integration, and distributed processing. Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver robust, maintainable backend solutions. Requirements for this challenge Strong experience in backend software engineering using Python . Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Flask , including API development and framework migration. Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining API specifications. Solid understanding of API architecture, service integration, and asynchronous processing. Experience with Azure and cloud-based application deployment. Knowledge of queue-based architectures, background workers, and distributed systems. Experience implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for production services. Understanding of data persistence, API lifecycle management, and reliable service communication. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions. Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams. Nice to Have Experience with Azure Container Apps and containerized workloads. Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning Studio (AMLS) and its integration with backend services. Experience decoupling services and migrating from tightly coupled architectures to asynchronous, queue-based processing. Knowledge of monitoring, logging, tracing, and production troubleshooting. Experience with orchestration workflows involving multiple services or processing runs. Position Overview As a QA Automation Senior , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our software products. Your expertise in automated testing will drive the creation of robust solutions while collaborating with talented cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality applications that meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Pytest, or similar. Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues. Implement best practices in testing and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Skills and Qualifications Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail, Jira, or similar. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Fluent English is mandatory. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar. Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms. Exposure to API testing and security testing.
