Role Description Our FP&A associate will report to our head of FP&A and work with our Finance, Accounting, and Business Development teams to give us insight into where our business is today and where it will be going in the future. He/she will own the management of our fundamental financial models, both in terms of forecasting future growth and comparing past performance against budgets. As part of this, he/she will: Own our individual site and corporate-wide financial models, updating them regularly to incorporate actuals and account for changes in our forecast or other updates to our business model Conduct a range of deep-dive analyses into our business operations, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement Work together with our Corporate Controller on our monthly close process, to ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for and to identify deviations from our budget Preparing reporting packages and materials for presentation to our internal leadership team and board Qualifications & Attributes 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, banking or transaction services. Excellent excel skills (and a deep love of building and working with complex excel models) A hypothesis driven problem solver with strong time-management skills and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with big-picture orientation Capable of interpreting findings, and communicating valuable, useful insights Comfort working in a high-growth, fast based business environment. Prior start-up experience is a plus. Experience writing computer programs, particularly in python, is a plus. You'll be a key part of a small, collaborative recruiting team where your contributions are visible, valued, and directly tied to patient impact. What You'll Do: • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles, including: • Sourcing passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, and other specialty talent resources, as well as generating referrals • Reviewing resumes and initiating thoughtful, personalized outreach to prospective candidates • Conducting in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for each site's specific needs • Coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders • Building and nurturing candidate pipelines for current and future openings • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process; escalate questions or concerns to hiring managers and leadership as appropriate • Deliver routine and ad hoc hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager • Perform other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of this role Experience / Qualifications: • A minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience is REQUIRED • Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred; familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks is a significant plus • Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse experience a plus • Experience with Google Suite • Experience Sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a warm, relationship-driven approach • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly to candidates, hiring managers, and clinical leaders • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting Benefits: • Competitive compensation Diana Health Culture: • Growth mindset — continuous learning and improvement are in our DNA • Positive, can-do, "how can I help?" attitude • Deep empathy for our team, our candidates, and our patients • Ownership mentality — we drive to results

Come join us! Role Description This role is dedicated to keeping our candidate pipelines full, warm, and moving. The primary focus will be on Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and support for physician sourcing as needed. You will work closely with our recruiters to ensure every handoff is clean, every outreach is strategic, and no great candidate goes cold. This role reports directly to the Clinical Recruitment Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for physician sourcing strategy. What You'll Do Sourcing & Outreach • Attracting CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers across LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists and niche clinical communities • Run targeted outreach campaigns, track conversion rates, and maintain full, active pipelines across all open markets • Re-engage silver medalists and keep warm candidates from going cold between touch-points Screening & Candidate Handoff • Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation, providing a deeper touchpoint than a basic inquiry • Deliver clean, polished candidate summaries to the assigned recruiter using a standardized screening scorecard (in Greenhouse), so recruiters can focus on relationship-building in their screens Pipeline Management • Maintain consistent candidate communication between touch-points until recruiter handoff • Ensure all sourced candidates are tracked and up-to-date in the ATS at all times • Provide daily pipeline updates on the recruiting tracker Cross-Functional Support • Support physician sourcing efforts as directed Candidate Handoff Process Sourced candidates will be assigned between recruiters on a rotating basis. You will work closely with the recruitment manager and the clinical sourcing scout to maintain equal distribution.
