About This Job As a Business Development Representative on our outbound team, you'll find and open doors with dispensaries that haven't discovered Dutchie yet. You'll build target lists, run sequences, and start conversations that turn into qualified meetings for our Account Executives and Account Managers. To succeed here, you'll need to be curious about the businesses you're prospecting into, resourceful when a first attempt doesn't land, and genuinely energized by the grind of top-of-funnel outbound — the volume, the research, the follow-up. This role sits on a strong, growing sales team and comes with real coaching and mentorship as you ramp. You'll need to move comfortably across systems and adapt quickly as our outbound motion takes shape — prioritizing the accounts and activities that create the most pipeline. Your success will be rooted in consistent activity, sharp messaging, and a coachable mindset that keeps improving week over week. What You'll Do… Outbound Prospecting: Build and work target account lists across U.S. dispensaries, using state, license status, and market maturity to prioritize who you reach out to and when. Multi-Channel Outreach: Run cold and warm outreach across call, email, and social, using the Dutchie Revenue Playbook to deliver consistent, proof-point-driven messaging that resonates with dispensary owners and operators. Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and Account Managers, and manage a clean handoff so context and momentum aren't lost. Pipeline Hygiene: Log activity, disposition, and source data accurately in HubSpot and Salesforce (Legacy and Greenpath), giving leadership reliable visibility into pipeline health. Performance & Coaching: Hit weekly and monthly activity and meetings-booked targets, and show up for regular 1:1 coaching and Gong call reviews to keep sharpening your messaging and objection handling. Market Intelligence: Share what you're hearing in the field — competitive signals, regional trends, buying triggers — so the team can keep refining how we target and message. What You Bring 1+ years of experience in a sales, BDR/SDR, or outbound prospecting role, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech. A track record of hitting activity and pipeline-generation targets in a metrics-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to cold call and the ability to write outreach that doesn't sound templated. Comfort working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and following a defined process for logging activity and disposition. A coachable, growth-oriented mindset — you want mentorship from a strong team and a path toward Account Executive or Account Management. Genuine curiosity about the cannabis retail industry and a willingness to learn the regulatory nuances that shape how dispensaries buy. Organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts and outreach without losing attention to detail. It’s a Bonus if You… Have prior outbound (not just inbound) sales experience and can speak to how you build and prioritize a target account list. Have experience with sales engagement/sequencing tools and call intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong). Have sold into retail, POS, fintech, or another regulated or vertical SaaS market. Have exposure to or interest in the cannabis industry specifically. You’ll Get… We are targeting a starting salary of $50,000 - $65,000 based on the intended level for this role. About This Job The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the launch management system that gets Dutchie’s feature and product launches from ready-to-launch through adoption and measurable impact across our full product suite. This is a senior, autonomous role within Revenue Operations, acting as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, Support, go-to-market teams, and most importantly, our customers. You will lead complex launches with minimal oversight, proactively surface risk before it becomes an escalation, and own change management for both internal teams and customers. You’ll be equally comfortable driving a cross-functional operating cadence, influencing senior stakeholders when scope or timing is at risk, and pulling adoption data yourself to measure success and impact. Success is not simply shipping on time; it is ensuring teams are ready, customers understand the value, adoption follows, and each launch makes the next one better. What You'll Do… Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches — scoping, sequencing, timelines, dependencies, go/no-go criteria, and post-launch follow-through — in partnership with Product and Engineering leads. Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth, ensuring active launches have clear status, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps. Establish and run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences that keep cross-functional teams aligned, surface decisions early, and drive clear accountability. Design and run internal change management for each launch, including readiness plans for Sales, CSM, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Enablement, with clear ownership of what must be true before GA. Design and run customer-facing change management, including rollout sequencing, customer communications, pilot or cohort strategy, and coordination with Marketing and Support. Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work, clarify tradeoffs, and coordinate solutions before stakeholders have to escalate. Translate changes in scope, timing, or dependencies into clear downstream business and customer impact, and drive the right stakeholders toward decisions. Develop working product knowledge deep enough to answer audience, functionality, and semi-technical questions on each launch without unnecessary escalation, connecting feature-level detail to customer and business impact. Partner closely with Technical Writing and Enablement, validating that release notes, training materials, internal guidance, and customer communications accurately reflect product functionality and positioning. Define success metrics before launch across internal readiness and external outcomes such as adoption, activation, usage, customer sentiment, and support volume. Monitor post-launch performance and proactively engage pilot, alpha, or early-adopter customers to identify friction, validate value, and surface emerging risks. Build feedback loops that turn launch data and customer signals into action — flagging underperformance quickly and driving retrospectives that result in clear owners and follow-through. Continuously improve the launch operating system by identifying high-leverage process, tooling, or automation opportunities and driving stakeholder alignment through implementation. Use AI and the broader tool suite to accelerate research, synthesize launch signals, improve documentation and reporting, identify risk patterns, and reduce manual work — while applying judgment and validating outputs. What You Bring 5+ years of project or program management experience, with meaningful ownership of feature or product launches in a SaaS or technology GTM environment. Demonstrated ownership of change management for both internal teams and external customers, including readiness, communications, rollout strategy, and adoption. Strong analytical orientation: able to define launch success metrics, pull and interpret product or usage data, and translate

About This Job We're hiring a Staff Engineer at Dutchie — someone who works across teams to solve the hardest problems, spot them early, and steer the technical direction so we hit fewer of them down the road. You'll work at the core of our platform: making it better, faster, and more reliable; and partner with teams across the org on the integrations and shared problems no single team owns. You'll shape how we build, including what good engineering looks like when AI is part of everyday work. The world of cannabis changes constantly, and we optimize our process for meeting that need while maintaining a high quality bar. We push context down, concerns up, and lean on a strong bias for ownership. If that's your kind of place, let's talk. What You'll Do… Make real improvements to enterprise-grade retail software at scale Set technical direction — make the architecture calls that shape how systems evolve, and align teams behind them Work with stakeholders to scope, sharpen, and stress-test customer-facing features Get in front of customers to learn how they work and where it hurts, then turn that into better products Partner across the org on unified solutions for problems that span teams Mentor other engineers — everyone had help to get here, reinforce your own skills by helping others grow theirs Help the team plan, estimate, and de-risk big work by breaking it down and sequencing it well Set the bar for engineering judgment, code quality, and craft What You Bring... We're flexible on years of experience. The depth and influence we're after usually show up around 8+ years in, but it's about what you can do, not the number on your résumé. Engineering depth (the foundation) A track record of building and running production systems at scale Deep, hands-on experience in at least one modern backend stack — across Dutchie you'll find .NET/C#, TypeScript, Ruby, and React on the frontend, backed by PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and MongoDB. We care more about how fast you ramp than a perfect stack match on day one Experience designing scalable data models across relational and non-relational stores Pride in your craft — code that's clean, tested, and easy for the next person to build on AI-native ways of working (how you operate) You use LLMs routinely — researching unfamiliar systems, diagnosing issues, planning solutions to messy problems, writing and reviewing code, and watching what you ship You are comfortable and excited about an agentic first environment. You know how to utilize AI to ship better solutions faster and safer than you could by hand alone. You raise the team's baseline — turning one-off wins into repeatable practices How you show up (the multipliers) You make the people around you better — your biggest impact isn't just your code, it's how you raise everyone else's output and judgment You're genuinely curious about customers, and you let their pain points steer where the team spends its effort When a problem spans multiple teams and no one owns the whole thing, you're the one who scopes it, breaks it into pieces teams can run with, and keeps them pointed the same way You can hold several threads at once — a few projects plus the broader technical direction — and reprioritize cleanly when things shift You know where process helps and where it's in the way You communicate well — you make hard trade-offs clear to engineers, product, and leadership alike You own outcomes, not tasks — from ambiguous to shipped, accountable for how it runs in production It’s a Bonus if You… Have experience in the cannabis industry — building for it, working in it, or just knowing the space Have built POS, Ecommerce, Payments, or other retail and commerce technology Have built and monitored cloud-native infrastructure (AWS) Have deep experience with third-party integrations Have brought AI-assisted workflows, tooling, or agents to an engineering team You’ll Get… We are targeting a starting salary of $170,000 - $230,000 based on the intended level for this role.
