Role: Product Designer-Builder Company: StellarTech Location: Remote. StellarTech has offices in Warsaw and Cyprus if you'd like to work from one. The team overlaps 10:00–16:00 CET. Search focus: Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cyprus, Dubai and the wider Middle East; Western Europe is also possible. We can't consider Russia, Belarus or Ukraine at the moment. Job Type: Full-time, B2B contract Compensation: €4,500–5,500/month gross, paid in USD About StellarTech StellarTech is a self-funded multi-app company that launches consumer mobile products in different domains. It is profitable, moves at startup pace and is aiming for $1B in revenue. You would join Smartimi, the company's biggest and most mature app, as the design partner of its PM, Darya. Around you: a content team that builds templates, a product analyst, engineers and QA. The Head of Product has a UX background himself. The team speaks Russian; the users speak English. What you are expected to do: Take raw problems, ideas and initiatives and turn them into flows, prototypes and shipped UI for a consumer mobile app. Work as a pair with the PM, and own some initiatives fully, from idea to release to reading the numbers. Work directly with engineers and review the build before it ships. Run A/B tests, read the results in Amplitude and plan the next iteration. Talk to users: run interviews in English and launch quick surveys. Build features yourself with vibe-coding or no-code tools when that's faster. The team has a way to test and ship them. Marketing banners and funnels are handled by a separate team, so they are not part of this role. What you need to succeed: 3+ years in product design, with at least 2 (ideally 3) in consumer mobile apps. B2B-only backgrounds won't be a fit. Strong, modern mobile UX and UI craft. The Head of Product looks closely at portfolios, so yours should show it. Ownership: when a problem lands on your desk, you carry it through without waiting to be told the next step. Product thinking: you care about product metrics and experiments, not only the interface. Experience running user interviews. Usability testing and research methods can be learned on the job. English at B2–C1 and Russian. Clear, structured communication, including when you're thinking out loud with the team. You enjoy a high pace and take direct feedback well. You want to build good things for users, not just hit numbers at any cost. Nice to have: an app or side project you launched yourself, and builder or no-code skills. What you get: A direct partnership with a strong PM, and a Head of Product who cares about design. Real ownership, access to analytics and A/B data, and room to build things yourself. Remote work, offices in Warsaw and Cyprus, and an offsite about once a year. 21 calendar days of paid vacation plus 10 public holidays of your country, and 7 paid sick days. €50/month towards health insurance after probation, and a MacBook Air (13" or 15"). €4,500–5,500/month gross on a B2B contract with StellarTech's Cyprus entity, paid in USD. You'll need your own sole proprietorship. Probation is 3 months. How to apply Apply through hirehire: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/hirehire/348181a6-cb98-4401-86cb-a1ca508b9e3c . Add your LinkedIn profile or CV and a link to your portfolio. If your portfolio is password-protected, include the password in your application. The process: a 30-minute call with hirehire, a portfolio review with the Head of Product, an interview with the PM, a 30-minute call with the Head of Product, and a live whiteboard challenge in Figma with the team. It usually takes about a week.
Role: Senior Product Designer, Growth/Website Company: Deel Location: Remote (Europe, UK, Israel, Brazil) Job type: Full-time About Deel Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. It covers HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits and equipment for every type of worker in 150+ countries. About 7,000 people work there, fully remote, across more than 100 countries and 74 languages. Deel reached $1B in annual revenue in just over five years and is valued at $17.3B. It’s pre-IPO and growing fast. About the role You’ll join the Website team, which looks after deel.com and every landing page behind it. For most future customers, the website is their first impression of Deel, and this team makes sure that impression turns into a conversation. You’ll be at the centre of Deel’s conversion work: designing, testing and shipping the pages that turn visitors into pipeline. You’ll own tricky, high-stakes problems on Deel’s busiest pages, from the first hypothesis through the A/B test to the shipped design. What you’ll do Own conversion on the website and landing pages from start to finish. Spot opportunities yourself instead of waiting for a brief. Write a clear problem statement and success metric, then design, prototype and launch A/B tests quickly. Keep what works and let go of what doesn’t. Bring strong visual and UI craft to every page, and keep each launch on-brand and consistent with the design system. Work with growth, performance marketing and sales to understand what the business needs, then turn it into pages that speak to the customer’s real problem rather than internal jargon. Use storytelling, in words and visuals, to introduce new products, launches and offers. Plan and ship experiments together with growth PMs, engineers, data analysts and lifecycle marketers. Design landing pages for new product and feature launches with product marketing. Set the bar for craft and careful experimentation, and give other designers thoughtful feedback. What you need to succeed 8+ years in product design, with a portfolio that shows you owning web design end to end. Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing and experimentation. You’re comfortable talking about hypotheses, test design, statistical significance and iteration. Excellent craft and UI skills. Your portfolio shows polished web and landing page work that actually converts. A genuine growth mindset: every launch is a chance to learn something. Strong storytelling and a feel for visual hierarchy that guides a visitor toward action. You’re at home in analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or GA, and you use both numbers and user insight to make decisions. Experience taking a web experiment or launch from idea all the way to design QA. You explain your work clearly to designers and to business stakeholders alike. Experience building and maintaining a design system for a marketing site. What you get Direct impact on the first thing most prospects see of Deel. Stock grants at a pre-IPO company, depending on your role, employment status and location. Fully remote work, plus an optional flexible office membership with IWG. A strong design team to learn from.
Role: Senior Staff Product Designer, AI | Deel Company: Deel Location: Fully remote Job type: Full-time About Deel Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. It covers HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits and equipment for every type of worker in 150+ countries. About 7,000 people work there, across more than 100 countries and 74 languages. Deel reached $1B in annual revenue in just over five years and is valued at $17.3B. It’s pre-IPO, and AI is at the centre of where it’s heading next. About the role You’ll lead design for Deel’s AI products: Deel AI, Akai, chat interfaces, agents and developer tools. AI touches every part of Deel, so the job has two halves. You’ll design the core AI experiences yourself, and you’ll help other teams bring AI into their own products. You’ll work closely with the Principal Designer, who owns the intent bar and the intelligent OS layer. Together you’ll make Deel feel like one connected, intelligent system. What you’ll do Set the design direction for how AI shows up across the platform: in-chat actions, agent workflows, proactive notifications, anomaly detection and human-in-the-loop moments. Turn good AI design into clear standards and reusable patterns, together with the design system team. Help other teams work out where AI fits in their area. You’ll do the work and show them how. Build the habits that keep quality high: user research, competitor analysis and regular dogfooding of AI products. Move quickly between topics and make decisions on your own. You’ll work with people across the company, from US sales to risk and compliance. Mentor designers and help the AI design practice grow. What you need to succeed 8+ years in product design, including 3+ at Staff level or above. Deep experience designing AI products such as conversational UX, agents, copilots and automation. Ideally, you’ve taken something from zero to one and then scaled it. At least one AI feature you shipped inside a product with a proven result, and you can walk us through the whole story: the problem, the research, the prototype, the launch and the outcome. Excellent craft, and a portfolio that makes people say “wow”. It needs at least one case study. AI is the first tool you reach for, before Figma or a doc. You follow new releases and actually use them in your work. You think in systems, and you’re comfortable working with ML engineers on error states and confidence thresholds. You enjoy moving fast and don’t mind figuring things out as you go. Nice to have You can ship your own work to production. Experience applying behavioural science to AI products. A background in payroll, HR, fintech or compliance, or personal projects you’re proud of. What you get The chance to shape how AI works across a pre-IPO global platform, with stock grants depending on your role and location. Fully remote, async-friendly work, plus an optional flexible office membership with IWG. A strong design team to learn from, and a clear career ladder. Fair pay based on your skills and experience. Deel never asks about your salary history.
Role: Staff Product Designer, Growth Company: Deel Location: Fully remote Job type: Full-time About Deel Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. It covers HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits and equipment for every type of worker in 150+ countries. About 7,000 people work there, fully remote, across more than 100 countries and 74 languages. Deel reached $1B in annual revenue in just over five years and is valued at $17.3B. It’s pre-IPO and leans heavily into AI. Each designer works with about five engineers, and AI has made the team much faster this year. About the role Growth at Deel doesn’t follow a fixed roadmap. The team works from a queue of ideas: lots of CRO experiments and bigger growth bets. On some projects you’ll own the design from start to finish. On others you’ll set the direction and keep the quality high without building a full prototype yourself. Everything you work on ties back to activation, engagement, retention and revenue. What you’ll do Lead design across growth projects and connect each one to the numbers that matter: activation, engagement, retention and monetisation. Design, prototype and A/B test quickly, together with product, engineering, data and marketing. Work with the Deel UI team on the design system, including motion, animations and micro-interactions that make growth flows feel good. Spot where users or the team get stuck, and fix it. Stay close to your engineers from first idea to design QA, and keep the team moving. Mentor product designers and help improve how the team works day to day. What you need to succeed 5–7 years in product design, including 2+ at Staff level. Real growth design experience. Onboarding flows, pricing pages, subscriptions or virality features are a great sign. Excellent craft, and a portfolio that makes people say “wow”. It needs at least one case study. You’re comfortable with experiments and data: you form hypotheses, run A/B tests and show measurable results. Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools feel familiar. AI is the first tool you reach for, before Figma or a doc. If you have AI work in your portfolio, we’d love to see it. You’d rather build than talk about building. You enjoy moving fast and don’t mind figuring things out as you go. You communicate clearly and bring people with you, across product, engineering, data and marketing. Nice to have You can ship your own work to production, for example through the frontend repo, Claude Code or internal tools. Personal projects you’re proud of. What you get High-impact growth work at a pre-IPO company, with stock grants depending on your role and location. Fully remote, async-friendly work, plus an optional flexible office membership with IWG. A strong design team to learn from, and a clear career ladder. Fair pay based on your skills and experience.
