Title: Partner Enablement Manager Location: United Kingdom; Remote Experience: Mid Level Job Function: Professional Services Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Computer & Network Security Travel Requirements: About the position The Career-Level Partner Enablement Manager collaborates on implementing strategic initiatives for our advanced partner ecosystem, ensuring key regional partners have the tools, training, and resources needed for successful product or service delivery. Job Responsibilities Deliver partner trainings of Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices. Collaborate on the design and delivery of training programs to educate partners about our products, services, positioning, competitive advantages, etc. Collaborate on the creation and curation of training content, including presentations, webinars, and product guides, tailored to different partner segments. Collaborate in defining and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of partner enablement programs. Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement initiatives. Build strong relationships with advanced regional partners, and act as a primary point of contact and technical champion for partner inquiries and issues. Provide ongoing support to partners, address technical questions, and help them overcome any obstacles. Navigate the transition of projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success Teams in a steady state handoff. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Validate business goals are defined and attained. • Reduce the time to value through structured project playbooks. Collaborate with the sales and global service teams to ensure that partners have the necessary resources to effectively scope and deliver Keyfactor projects. Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on business priorities and ensure consistent messaging to partners. Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. Comprehensive understanding of IT frameworks and standards. In-depth knowledge of company operations, industry regulations, and advanced methodologies. Ability to analyze complex issues and contribute to strategic initiatives. Experience in large enterprise IT environments (via services delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement). Strong consultation skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders. Moderate proficiency with Windows Server operating systems. Understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals. Moderate technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective time management and prioritization skills with the most complex partner deployments. Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services. Proficiency with Unix/Linux. Moderate scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, Powershell, etc.). Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as needed. Competency with Microsoft 365. • Knowledge of Kerberos protocol - OAuth authentication. Knowledge of EJBCA product stack. This role involves designing, maintaining, and improving our security infrastructure to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support continuous monitoring efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in safeguarding the organization’s data and infrastructure while driving adherence to evolving security best practices. Responsibilities Evaluate the security posture of systems, platforms, and cloud environments, establish appropriate security baselines, and drive implementation and hardening to close identified gaps. Quickly develop proficiency in new SIEM, EDR, and other security platforms as the environment evolves; configure, tune, and integrate these tools with SaaS applications and diverse data sources to expand visibility and detection coverage. Evaluate and optimize security playbooks, runbooks, and processes based on lessons learned, tooling changes, and evolving threats, ensuring documentation and workflows keep pace with the organization's security operations maturity. Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, system audits, and risk analysis using industry-standard scanning tools to support a proactive security posture. Manage and implement continuous monitoring processes to ensure the organization maintains compliance with a variety of information security frameworks, including ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Experience with government compliance standards such as FedRAMP (NIST SP 800-53) and CMMC is preferred. This role focuses on ensuring robust security practices and adapting to evolving compliance requirements. Actively monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents, performing investigations, incident handling, and recommending corrective actions. Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills 5+ years of experience in information security or a similar role Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Burpsuite, Tenable, etc…) and interpreting scan results for remediation. Strong knowledge of security standards Demonstrated experience in continuous monitoring, network security, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection. Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to problem-solving Demonstrated capability to deliver results on-time and to a defined schedule. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CAP) are strongly preferred Familiarity with cloud security principles Experience with security automation and continuous monitoring tools PKI knowledge a plus Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) to automate security processes Experience with government-regulated environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) preferred #LI-NA1 Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
