We have a full marketing production team. Content, design, web, video, product marketing. We have a sales team sitting ready to take meetings. What we don't have is anyone whose entire job is filling the funnel. So the pipeline gets built the hard way, one cold call at a time, while the inbound machine that should be feeding it doesn't exist yet. We want one person to build it, own it, and be measured on what comes out of the end: qualified demos landing in the sales team's calendar. This isn't a run-some-ads role. You'll own the whole journey, from people who've never heard of us, through people who know the name, all the way to a booked meeting. Paid, events, webinars, trade media, conversion, the handoff to sales, the budget and every number in between. What we don't have is someone whose entire job is filling the funnel. You'll own one number, qualified demos booked for the sales team, and everything that feeds it. This isn't a run-some-ads role. You'll build and own the complete journey from cold audiences who've never heard of us, through "Shape Aware" (people who've engaged with the brand: visited the website, engaged with content or ads), all the way to a booked demo. You own the funnel, the numbers at every stage of it, and how those leads land with the sales team. Team You'll sit in Shape's marketing team and your leader will be the Head of Marketing. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to understand what they actually need (not just what they first ask for), design learning experiences built around how people really learn, pilot solutions, and continuously refine them based on feedback and results. Alongside project work, you'll help keep our learning management system (Thrive) running smoothly, supporting users, managing learning content and using data to understand what's working and where we can improve. You'll also be comfortable using AI as part of your day-to-day work, exploring how it can help us design, develop and deliver high-quality learning faster and smarter without compromising quality. As you develop in the role, you'll have opportunities to facilitate learning sessions and contribute to a wide variety of L&D initiatives across the business. Your primary focus will be on maturing our security systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, particularly in alignment with relevant accreditations such as ISO 27001 and SOC2. Additionally, you will be responsible for all Laminar’s IT related policy and business rules, the managing of software, hardware and infrastructure management, and establishing SLAs for user support.
