Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Minimum 3 years of campus recruiting experience within a global or multinational organisation.Proven experience managing graduate and internship hiring programmes.Demonstrated success in organising and participating in university recruiting events, career fairs, and large-scale career forums.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions and levels.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
