Unsere Plattform führt Gespräche in Echtzeit, am Telefon und im Web, angebunden an die Telefonie und die Geschäftssysteme unserer Kunden. Wir suchen eine:n Online Marketing Manager:in (40–100 %), die oder der unser digitales Marketing umsetzt und weiterentwickelt, eng mit Vertrieb und Produkt. Aufgaben Als Online Marketing Manager:in bei der Nairon GmbH gehören zu deinen Aufgaben: Du planst und setzt Online-Kampagnen um, mit Schwerpunkt LinkedIn. Du erstellst und optimierst Inhalte wie Posts, Blogartikel und Fallstudien. Du entwickelst die Leadgenerierung und betreust bezahlte Kampagnen auf LinkedIn Ads und Google Ads. Du misst und verbesserst die Performance deiner Kampagnen (KPIs, Conversion Rates). Du baust Funnels, E-Mail-Kampagnen und Lead Nurturing in HubSpot oder einem vergleichbaren Tool auf. Du pflegst das CRM und unterstützt den Vertrieb bei Lead-Qualifizierung und Vertriebsunterlagen. Anforderungen Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrung (Junior) oder mehrere Jahre (Manager) in Online-Marketing, Social Media und Content. Fachliche Kenntnisse: Erfahrung mit Marketing-Automation und CRM-Tools wie HubSpot. Gutes Verständnis von Customer Journeys und Sales Funnels; analytisch und datengetrieben. Von Vorteil: B2B-Marketing, Performance-Marketing, Google Analytics oder LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Kommunikation: Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem bis sehr hohem Niveau (C1–C2). Tasks As a Voice AI Engineer at Nairon GmbH, you will make our agents sound fast, natural and reliable in live calls. Your responsibilities will include: Improving turn-taking: when the agent speaks, waits, yields or gets interrupted, including voice activity and end-of-turn detection. Cutting end-to-end latency across speech recognition, language models and speech synthesis, and making provider failover seamless. Optimising how we use LLMs in conversation: prompting, tool calls, streaming and speculative or parallel requests. Serving our own speech models (STT and TTS) on GPUs, measuring throughput and time to first audio. Fine-tuning speech and language models for our customers' languages and voices. Building evaluation: test calls, benchmarks and quality metrics that tell us when a change really helps. Requirements Experience: A senior or strong mid-level engineer with production experience in real-time audio, conversational AI or ML model serving. Technical Skills: Required: Strong Python , including asyncio and streaming pipelines. Hands-on work with speech (STT, TTS, VAD) and LLM APIs in latency-sensitive systems. Model serving on GPUs, for example with vLLM or similar, and the basics of batching and memory limits. Nice to have: LiveKit Agents , pipecat or WebRTC. Fine-tuning (LoRA or full) of speech or language models. Audio signal processing such as echo cancellation or noise suppression. German, or experience with German-language speech data. Communication: English proficiency is essential , both written and spoken, as it is the working language for all positions. Soft Skills: You measure before and after, and trust numbers over impressions. Ownership of a problem from the first bad call to the fix in production. Tasks As a Forward Deployed Engineer at NAIRON, you will work directly with our customers and make the platform do what they need. Your responsibilities will include: Building voice agents and conversation flows for customers, from the first workshop to go-live. Connecting the platform to customers' systems: CRMs, ticketing, calendars, internal APIs and their phone setup. Writing integration code and small services in Python or TypeScript . Debugging live calls with customers: reading logs and traces, finding the cause, fixing it or handing it to the core team with a clear report. Turning what you learn on site into product improvements, together with engineering. Supporting pre-sales with technical answers when a deal needs an engineer. Requirements Experience: A mid-level engineer, or a developer with several years in solution engineering, integration or technical customer work. Technical Skills: Required: Solid Python or TypeScript ; REST APIs, webhooks and authentication. Comfort reading logs and traces and debugging systems you did not write. Basic understanding of how telephony or real-time media works, or the will to learn it fast. Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, prompt design or conversational AI. SIP, PBX or contact-centre systems. Docker , cloud platforms, CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce . Communication: German at business-fluent level (C1) is essential , as you work with our customers in German. Good English, as it is our internal working language. Soft Skills: You enjoy being in front of customers and stay calm when something breaks in a live call. Ownership: you follow a customer problem until it is solved. Tasks As a Full-Stack & Mobile Engineer at Nairon GmbH, you will build our product on the web and on the phone in the customer's hand. Your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing and maintaining our web application with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript : the flow editor, call analytics, billing and partner tools. Building our native companion app with Expo / React Native or Swift . Building features across the stack, from the user interface to the database with Prisma and PostgreSQL, and the Python services behind them. Owning features end to end: turning customer needs into requirements, shipping them and checking that they help. Applying DevOps practices to support development and deployment, including Docker and, when appropriate, Kubernetes . Participating in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural planning. Requirements Experience: Any relevant experience in web or mobile development is welcome; we are open to junior, mid-level and senior candidates who demonstrate strong practical skills and a willingness to learn. Technical Skills: Required: Proficiency with Next.js , React and TypeScript . Experience building mobile apps with Expo / React Native , Swift or a comparable stack. Nice to have: Tailwind CSS , Prisma , PostgreSQL or Supabase . Python and FastAPI for backend services. Docker and Kubernetes basics; experience with real-time features, audio or AI products. Communication: English proficiency is essential , both written and spoken, as it is the working language for all positions. German is a plus. Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Product sense: you ask why before you build.
