About the role NetBox Labs is hiring a People Operations Manager to run the day to day operations behind a globally distributed team. We are 135 people across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, and Spain, and we are still growing. Every hire, change, and exit creates a contract, a benefits enrollment, a system record, and a compliance obligation under that country's rules. This role owns that work, mostly in Justworks and Deel. Most of our headcount is in the US, so that is where the transaction volume sits. Our international population is smaller and considerably more complex, with different filing requirements and employment rules in each country. International work is a meaningful share of this job, not an occasional task. You will also build. You will help us consolidate into a single system of record and keep people data clean enough so that the team can plan against it. You will stand up the operational infrastructure behind our leveling and compensation framework, and you will automate the manual cycles that currently take a week every quarter. You will work directly with the VP of People with real ownership of how the work gets done rather than a queue of tasks to route. Who this is for This role is for someone who takes real pride in the craft of operations. You are fast and precise inside an HR system and you trust the record you leave behind. You notice when two systems disagree and you want to know why. You also spot the problem behind the ticket. When something breaks twice you come back with a fix and a recommendation instead of a flag. Hand you a messy, half-defined project and you turn it into a plan. You already use AI in your own work and you would rather teach a tool to handle the repetitive part than build a better spreadsheet. Much of this work is detailed, and it matters most when nobody has to think about it. This role is focused on making the operational foundation solid, with real latitude in how you get there. What you will own Employee lifecycle operations Own new hire setup end to end in Justworks, including onboarding records, and tax setup, benefits enrollment, and systems access Own exits end to end, including termination processing, final pay, benefits continuation, equity coordination with Finance, and access removal Process every employee change, including comp, title, level, manager, location, and employment status, with clean documentation behind each one Manage employment documentation, contracts, amendments, and letters across our US and international entities Serve as first line support for employee questions on pay, benefits, leave, time off, and policy Maintain and improve the people operations knowledge base and process documentation International employment and compliance Own the people compliance calendar across every country we operate in, including filings, registrations, statutory deadlines, and annual returns Run the operational relationship with our EOR partners, including hires, changes, exits, invoicing, and issue resolution Track country specific employment requirements, including statutory leave, notice, probation, and termination rules, and escalate to Legal where judgment is needed Support new country openings end to end from the operational side, working with our EOR and legal partners Serve as the operational point of contact for our EMEA and APAC employees Keep employee records accurate, complete, and audit ready across every entity Benefits administration Administer US and international benefits day to day, including enrollments, changes, terminations, invoicing, and vendor coordination Execute open enrollment, from setup and communications through employee support and audit Administer leaves of absence in coordination with our PEO, EOR, and Legal Systems and data Own data integrity in our HR system of record, including audits, permissions, workflows, and integrations Execute our consolidation onto a single global system of record, partnering with the VP of People on sequencing Build and maintain recurring people reporting, including headcount, attrition, and org data used by Finance and leadership Maintain the level, band, and job architecture data behind our leveling and compensation framework, so the numbers leadership plans against hold up Automate manual work. If a process runs on a spreadsheet and a calendar reminder, redesign it with the tools available, AI included Use AI in the operational work you own, including drafting documentation and letters, summarizing country policy differences, auditing records against source systems, and first-pass reporting Bring what works back to the People team as prompts, templates, and short walkthroughs, so the whole team gets faster What you bring 4+ years in people operations, ideally in a high growth software company under 500 people Direct, hands on experience running people operations for a multi country workforce. UK and US required. Canada, EU, or APAC a strong plus Benefits administration exper

About the Role This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the center of how NetBox Labs drives pipeline. As our Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategy and execution behind how we create and accelerate demand — from integrated campaign development and account-based marketing to email nurture, social, and our website. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our programs generate real pipeline, not just activity. This is the right role for someone who thinks in full funnels, can manage multiple programs at once without losing quality, and brings both strategic instincts and execution chops. If you're energized by proactivity and making a real impact — and want to do it at a company with a product that practitioners genuinely love and executives choose for their critical infrastructure — this is your seat. What you will do: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to pipeline — and own the performance reporting that follows. Build and scale an account-based marketing (ABM) program targeting enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales, including tiered account plays and cross-functional alignment. Own our end-to-end email nurture strategy across audience segments — free users, trial accounts, and enterprise prospects — and continuously improve conversion through testing and segmentation. Partner with marketing colleagues to develop organic social media strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn and other channels relevant to our technical and buyer audience. Work with our agency partners to manage the website, owning updates, campaign landing pages, and conversion optimization projects — and coordinating across design, product marketing, and marketing teammates to ship on time. Partner with Product Marketing on campaign messaging and asset development to ensure programs are compelling and consistent. Track, report, and iterate. You'll be accountable for pipeline contribution, not just campaign outputs. What you will bring: 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally at a SaaS or engineer-focused company. Proven track record building integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline. Hands-on ABM experience — you've built the plays, not just the strategy decks. Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment. Strong command of marketing automation (HubSpot, Claude Code, or equivalent) and CRM (HubSpot). Comfortable pulling and interpreting data and making decisions from it. Experience managing website projects cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams. Strong written communication skills — you have experience writing sharp web copy and communicating clearly internally. Able to manage multiple programs in flight simultaneously without dropping quality. Bonus points: Experience marketing to technical audiences — network engineers, IT ops, infrastructure teams. Familiarity with open-source communities or product-led growth motions. Role Overview NetBox Labs is seeking a Technology Alliances Manager to own and scale our strategic technology ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct business impact and high executive visibility. You will be the primary relationship owner and joint go-to-market driver for our most strategic technology partners — Red Hat Ansible, Nvidia, Cisco, HPE, Arista Networks, and Itential — with one clear mandate: open doors, drive business, and convert these relationships into revenue-producing routes to market for NetBox Labs, up to and including placement on our partners’ global price lists. Four of our five priority partners are among the largest technology companies in the world, where executive access is earned, not given. We’re looking for a sophisticated, alliance professional with relentless energy, initiative, and creativity — someone who builds their own momentum, navigates complex global organizations to reach the executives who matter, and is equally comfortable and productive with a senior leader in São Paulo, Bangalore, or Munich: a true citizen of the world. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Partnerships, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing — and you will define the objectives and metrics by which NetBox Labs’ executive leadership tracks the alliance program’s progress. What You’ll Do Alliance Strategy & Executive Access Own the global technology alliance strategy across Red Hat Ansible, Nvidia, Cisco, HPE, Arista Networks, and Itential, ensuring the portfolio aligns with NetBox Labs’ product vision, platform priorities, and go-to-market objectives. Map the organization, build champions at every level, and convert them into VP- and C-suite sponsorship — these doors do not open by themselves. Run two motions in parallel: land fast, visible wins with nimble partners like Itential while executing the longer, more complex campaigns required to break through at Cisco, HPE, Arista, and Red Hat. Define partner tiering, engagement models, and investment levels across the technology alliance portfolio, and identify emerging partnership opportunities in adjacent ecosystems. Routes to Market & Joint Go-to-Market Execution Drive NetBox Labs onto partner global price lists and into resale, OEM, and marketplace programs that connect our products to partner sales organizations worldwide. Design and launch joint GTM programs — co-sell motions, joint solution packaging, co-marketing campaigns, and field enablement — with success measured in programs launched and partner-influenced pipeline. Build multi-year joint business plans and lead complex commercial engagements, including contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and incentive structures. Partner with Sales team on account planning, opportunity identification, and co-selling with partner field organizations, and partner with Marketing on co-branded content, joint events, and demand campaigns. Product & Integration Alignment Serve as the voice of the partner in internal product planning, ensuring partner integration requirements and joint roadmap opportunities are reflected in NetBox Labs’ priorities. Work with Engineering and Product to scope and deliver certified integrations and joint solutions that create tangible customer value. Maintain command of partner platform roadmaps, capabilities, and certification programs, and position NetBox Labs strategically within them. Executive Metrics & Alliance Governance Define the objectives, KPIs, and scorecards for the technology alliance program — and build the reporting rhythm that enables NetBox Labs’ executive leadership to track and monitor progress with clarity and confidence. Establish governance frameworks for each alliance: executive business reviews, partner lifecycle management, performance tracking, and long-range strategic planning sessions. Report data-driven results to leadership: programs launched, integration adoption, partner-influenced pipeline, and route-to-market milestones such as price-list placement and partner-status achievements. Cross-Functional & Global Representation Operate as the internal champion for technology alliances, building simple, repeatable playbooks that help internal teams and partner stakeholders co-sell and co-market effectively. Represent NetBox Labs at partner summits, industry forums, and ecosystem events worldwide, engaging partner executives across regions, cultures, and time zones. Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in technology alliances, business development, or strategic partnerships within enterprise software, SaaS, or infrastructure technology — including direct experience with one or more priority partners (Cisco, Red Hat Ansible, Nvidia, HPE, Arista Networks, or similar network infrastructure and automation vendors). A track record of earning executive sponsorship inside matrixed global organizations and converting it into commercial outcomes — global price list placement, resale
About the Role We’re hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to help build and execute NetBox Labs ’ field marketing, event, and partner marketing programs. NetBox Labs is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our rapidly expanding engineering team. We have multiple positions open at different seniority levels across several teams. About NetBox Labs NetBox Labs builds the next generation of network automation tools for modern infrastructure teams, with NetBox as the network source of truth at the center. The Observability team builds the products that connect that source of truth to what is actually running on the network: NetBox Discovery finds devices, interfaces, and other network entities. NetBox Assurance brings discovered data into NetBox and helps operators spot drift between intended and actual state, review changes, and decide what to accept. Fleet Management and the Orb agent deploy, configure, and manage the agents that collect discovery and telemetry data from customer networks. These agents use SNMP, gNMI, and other device interfaces. Diode is the ingestion pipeline that moves that data into NetBox reliably. We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer who can work across the whole path, from the agents and services that collect network data to the interfaces operators use to understand and act on it. Role overview You'll join the Observability team and take ownership of features end to end. That covers: Go and Python services and gRPC APIs in the control and data planes. The data flows that carry discovery and telemetry results into NetBox. The React dashboards and interfaces where customers monitor network and device health, explore telemetry, review discovered data, and manage their agent fleet. You'll work closely with product, design, and other engineering teams, and you'll help run the services the team owns in production. This role is hands-on. You'll ship features across the stack, improve reliability and performance, and help define the architecture and practices needed to scale network discovery and assurance to large, complex customer environments. What you'll do Design, build, and operate backend services in Go and Python for discovery, assurance, fleet management, and data ingestion. Define and evolve gRPC and REST APIs with clear, versioned contracts using Protocol Buffers and OpenAPI. Build React and TypeScript monitoring and telemetry dashboards that show device, interface, and network health in real time, with time-series charts, status views, and drill-down from fleet to device to interface. Design dashboard experiences that help operators spot problems fast: sensible defaults, time-range and filter controls, thresholds and alert states, and clear links from a metric to the underlying device in NetBox. Work with backend engineers on the query and aggregation APIs that power dashboards, so they stay fast with large fleets and high-frequency telemetry. Build type-safe integration between frontend and backend using generated API clients, shared schemas, and consistent error and auth handling. Participate in the team's on-call rotation for the services it owns. Add automated tests across the stack (unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end) and enforce quality gates in CI. Collaborate with product managers, designers, customer-facing teams, and other engineering teams. The goal is for features to solve real network operator problems. Use AI-enabled development tools and agentic workflows day to day to speed up design, coding, testing, code review, and incident triage, and help the team adopt them effectively and safely. Review code, mentor teammates, and share best practices for service design, API design, and frontend engineering. Participate in planning processes and help shape the roadmap. What we're looking for (minimum qualifications) Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering, with meaningful production experience on both backend and frontend. Backend: Production experience with Go and Python: strong in at least one and working proficiency in the other. Hands-on experience designing and operating gRPC services with Protocol Buffers, including schema evolution and backward compatibility, streaming RPCs, deadlines, interceptors/middleware, and error handling. Experience building distributed, event-driven systems, including message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ or Kafka), asynchronous job processing, and idempotent data ingestion. Frontend (monitoring and telemetry dashboards): Strong React and TypeScript skills, including component composition, state management, and typing best practices. Proven experience building monitoring, observability, or analytics dashboards: time-series charts, heatmaps, status and health views, and drill-down navigation. Hands-on experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3, ECharts, Recharts, uPlot, or Visx). Experience rendering large or high-frequency datasets performantly, using techniques such as downsampling, virtualization, and canvas or WebGL rendering. Experience handling real-time data in the browser via WebSockets, server-sent events, or gRPC-Web streaming, along with caching and refr
