If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. THE WORK: We seek a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and develop our Trust Platform — the programmable controls, integrations, and tools that enable our products to function securely and reliably as we grow into more regulated, higher-risk markets such as banks and other regulated entities. You'll determine what features should be included in the platform and which ones become reusable components other teams can build upon. You will assess how the roadmap stands up to careful examination from regulators, bank diligence teams, and the product teams working on what you develop. You will work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering, maintaining clear responsibility for the product roadmap and decisions. Why Now? • The regulatory landscape is growing. More jurisdictions, more counterparties, more edge cases — this needs someone thinking ahead of requirements, crafting our posture before it's forced on us. • Trust is a competitive advantage. Our strategy increasingly points at selling into banks and other regulated counterparties, who diligence maturity, auditability, and programmable controls as part of the buying decision. This work helps us secure agreements. • The platform opportunity is genuine and ready to develop. We have reached a stage where this logic should become a configurable core element for other teams to build upon. It involves deciding what is configurable, what forms an API, and the sequencing order. This is a true product invention challenge that requires focused attention. WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Own the roadmap for some of our highest-stakes regulatory surfaces. Get ahead of new jurisdictions and requirements. Build something durable enough to hold up to bank-grade diligence. • Define the scope and develop the Trust Platform by deciding which components should be reusable. Identify the initial use case(s). Manage the balance between flexibility and control as other teams build upon it. • Build tooling for information-request and review workflows that scales across product lines, rather than requiring headcount growth to keep pace with volume. • Collaborate across departments with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory and risk requirements into product decisions. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • 5-7 years of experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated technology space. Significant tenure as a Product Manager, including work at a Staff or Senior Staff level. • A history of developing and expanding platform products — reusable primitives and APIs that other teams rely on. • Experience in compliance, risk, trust and safety, or another high-stakes regulatory domain, with the technical depth to reason about system build and tradeoffs. • Ability to operate independently across a wide collaborator matrix — Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and other product teams — while retaining clear product ownership. • Comfort prioritizing and building something new in a high-ambiguity environment. If you want to define what a trust and risk platform looks like at scale, we'd love to talk. For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. THE WORK: The Director of Product Planning will act as the connection within our product group, converting strategy into a practical, well-ordered plan. This person keeps the product team coordinated, informed, and progressing effectively. This role offers high visibility and influence for someone wanting to engage with the full product organization. You will not directly own a feature roadmap. Your role is to guide the process that aligns and prioritizes all product leaders’ roadmaps. The metrics themselves are created by our Data Science team. Your responsibility is to manage how these metrics are analyzed, communicated, and formed into a decisive narrative. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Roadmap and Prioritization • Own the end-to-end planning process that turns strategic priorities into a resourced, sequenced roadmap across product lines • Facilitate tradeoff and prioritization discussions among product leaders, surfacing conflicts and dependencies before they become blockers • Keep the roadmap current and credible as priorities shift, and make sure changes are communicated clearly to collaborators Cross-Functional Execution and Operating Rhythm • Build and manage the product org's operating rhythm — planning cycles, launch readiness reviews, cross-team syncs, retros • Own the tooling and systems (e.g., Jira, Linear, Notion) that keep planning artifacts organized and trustworthy as a single source of truth • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and process gaps before they slow down execution Metrics Reporting and Synthesis • Partner closely with Data Science, who build and maintain the underlying metrics and dashboards • Own the reporting layer on top of the data. Pull the right numbers together, synthesize their meaning, and package them into clear, recurring updates for product and company leadership. • Translate data into recommendations and talking points — not just charts — to inform planning and prioritization decisions Special Projects and Organizational Support • Serve as a versatile resource for the Senior Director of Product Management, leading cross-organizational initiatives, coordinating process enhancements, or conducting ad hoc analyses • Represent the product org's planning function in conversations with adjacent teams (engineering, build, legal/compliance, finance) as needed WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, chief-of-staff, or a similar cross-functional planning role • Strong track record running planning/prioritization processes across multiple teams or product lines • Comfortable working with data and metrics, even if you do not build the underlying pipelines. You know how to ask Data Science the right questions. Then, you turn their output into a story. • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complexity into something leadership can act on quickly • Highly organized, low-ego, and energized by making other people's work easier and more coherent • Experience leading or managing a team is a plus, though this role may start as an individual contributor • Experience in a fast paced, regulated, or high-stakes industry is a plus For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. You'll define the analytics vision, build the scientific frameworks the org uses to evaluate product and business performance, and use AI tooling to accelerate the speed and reach of analytics across the company. In this role, you'll partner with product and business leads to frame the most important questions, set the analytical bar, and ensure decisions across surfaces rest on a consistent, thorough foundation. You'll operate as a force multiplier -- solving the hardest problems, building the frameworks others reuse, and leveling up data scientists across teams. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** • Be the DS tech lead across multiple product and business teams: setting methodological standards and unblocking the hardest analytical problems across areas including Payments, Stablecoin & Custody products. • Partner with product and business leads to define analytics strategy: shaping which initiatives to invest in, what success looks like, and how we'll know. • Build the scientific frameworks Ripple reuses at scale: product and network health metrics, causal inference playbooks, liquidity and adoption models, and forecasting approaches that work across institutional and developer surfaces. • Pioneer AI-accelerated analytics: applying LLMs and agentic workflows to scale insight generation, automate routine analysis, and enable self-serve exploration for non-DS partners. • Drive evidence-based evaluation of growth across customers, corridors, and on-chain activity, surfacing the causal drivers behind adoption and volume. • Define and communicate the metrics leadership runs on: translating complex results into clear narratives for Ripple executives and external stakeholders. • Raise the bar for the DS function through thought leadership and mentorship across embedded teams. **WHAT YOU'LL BRING** • 8+ years in data science or quantitative analysis, with a track record of senior level impact across multiple teams. • Demonstrated technical leadership across cross-functional teams, influencing roadmaps and strategy at both executive and execution levels. • Proven experience designing reusable analytics and measurement frameworks that scale across products. • Hands-on experience applying AI to accelerate analytics workflows (agentic analysis, AI-assisted insight generation, natural-language data interfaces). • Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and statistical modeling in a product environment. • Expertise in Python or R, fluency in SQL, and experience with large-scale data tech (Databricks, Airflow, dBT a plus). • Experience with FinTech, payments, crypto, or blockchain data is a strong plus. • Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in a quantitative field preferred. • Exceptional communication skills — able to turn technical depth into executive-ready narratives. What you’ll be part of: At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. What you’ll be responsible for: We’re hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the ecosystem building on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. Your primary focus is growing the community of startups and founders building on XRPL. VCs, accelerators, and corporates are the channels and partners you work through to find and support that ecosystem. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the center of our top theses and core product pillars: cross-border payments, stablecoins, and FX; lending, yield, and credit; AI and agentic payments; and institutional use cases spanning capital markets and collateral mobility. This is not a traditional business development or venture role. You’ll define ecosystem strategy, influence product direction, architect partnerships, and create market adoption across these value chains. Are you ready to join a dedicated team that is crafting the future of financial technology? At Ripple Labs Inc., we are on a mission to transform manual financial operations into flawless automated systems. As a Software Engineer on the Financial Core team, you'll play a crucial role in building the essential infrastructure that powers Ripple's global custodian network. THE WORK: We are the Financial Core team, the platform layer supporting Ripple's products. We manage vital infrastructure for money flow, including asset transfers across Ripple's global custodian network that covers fiat rails and crypto custody. Our responsibilities include settlement automation and liquidity management across many accounts and banking partners. The technology stack uses Java/Spring Boot on the backend, React/TypeScript for internal tools, and Postgres. These are deployed on Kubernetes with built-in observability and approval processes. We collaborate closely with Product Ops and Product to transform manual financial tasks into dependable, auditable, and automated systems. WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Develop and deploy backend services and internal tools that automate settlement, funding, and liquidity management workflows • Work directly with Product Ops and Product to understand manual processes and build software that replaces or accelerates them • Contribute across the stack—REST API handlers, database migrations, and React UI components • Participate in on-call rotation and maintain production reliability for financial systems that move money in real time • Write well-tested, reviewable code and contribute to build discussions with your team and cross-functional partners WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • 2-5 years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems • Backend experience in at least one language—Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript; comfort with object-oriented development and production-grade codebases • Comfortable contributing across the stack (backend APIs + UI components) • Solid grasp of relational databases, REST API development, and basic distributed systems concepts • Able to read, navigate, and add to existing codebases—not only new projects • Clear communicator with non-engineering partners—operations, finance, and product teams are your collaborators • Uses AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) actively as a core part of writing, reviewing, and debugging code. These tools are not a novelty but a genuine accelerant • Experience with financial systems, payments, or operations automation workflows • Familiarity with Spring Boot, Postgres, React • Experience crafting or deploying agentic systems—closed-loop automation that runs without a human in the critical path (approval workflows, reconciliation pipelines, event-driven monitoring) For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. THE WORK: We are looking for a Director of Content Strategy to report to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and own how Ripple tells its story to the world. This is a senior leadership role with real scope: You will build and lead a high-performing team of writers, media producers and social strategists, set the editorial vision across all channels and drive the content strategy that fuels global brand awareness and go-to-market growth. This role sits at the intersection of narrative, leadership and business impact. You will shape how Ripple is understood by enterprise buyers, partners, policymakers and the broader market, and you will build the systems, team and content engine that make that storytelling scalable. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Define and scale Ripple's global content strategy, owning editorial standards, voice and the content calendar to drive brand authority and demand generation across Ripple's owned channels. • Lead and develop a team of writers, social strategists and multimedia producers, including managing managers. Set a high bar for quality, build a culture of craft and create the conditions for the team to do their best work. • Be comfortable directing traffic, acting as the ultimate decision-maker on how the Content organization prioritizes requests from across the company, and lead the team to think outside the box and take big swings. • Partner with Communications to develop and amplify executive thought leadership, co-write high-impact announcements and produce content that reflects a strong command of regulatory frameworks, macroeconomic trends and the evolution of global finance. • Create innovative narratives for Ripple's suite of solutions, translating complex product and technical details into clear, compelling stories for buyers, partners and decision-makers. • Build and scale a high-velocity multimedia production engine, overseeing video, YouTube and social video content strategy, with a focus on innovative formats that extend reach and deepen engagement. • Own the customer and partner evidence engine: Build a library of case studies, testimonials and assets mapped to key verticals and buyer personas. • Partner with Growth Marketing to develop content that drives measurable demand generation results — gated reports, website copy and nurture campaigns tied to clear business outcomes. • Coach the Content team to create scalable frameworks that balance centralized corporate storytelling with the flexibility to meet localized market needs and regional pipeline priorities. • Champion AI-native ways of working across the Content organization, finding new efficiencies without sacrificing quality or authenticity. • Measure what matters. Prepare and deliver presentations to Ripple's Leadership Team on content's influence, narrative impact and business contribution. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • 15+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial or content strategy, with a focus on B2B technology or fintech. • 8+ years of experience building and managing teams, including managing managers, with a track record of developing strong talent and holding a high bar. • Proven ability to lead content strategy at scale across a complex, global organization with multiple audiences and channels. • Strong editorial judgment and a demonstrated ability to set and maintain quality standards across a large, distributed team. • Equal parts strategist and creator, able to set a multiyear vision and still roll up your sleeves when it matters. • Data-driven, with a clear point of view on what meaningful content metrics look like and how to tie content to business outcomes. • Background at a B2B tech brand, fintech or financial services company with a strong content culture. • Fluent in how AI is reshaping content production and distribution, and what that means for how high-performing marketing teams operate. • Genuine curiosity about how technology is transforming financial systems globally. You don't need to be a subject matter expert on day one, but you should be excited to get there. • For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. THE WORK: At Ripple, the Customer Onboarding Platform is where every customer’s journey begins — and it’s about to get a full-scale rebuild. We recently became a horizontal platform team serving all Ripple products. Our next chapter: • Unwinding years of Salesforce-bound logic into modern, engineering-owned backend services. • Integrating best-in-class vendors like Persona for KYC/KYB, while building the surrounding orchestration, data flows, and service layer. • Designing the systems and data model that will make onboarding scalable, observable, and reliable across products. If you’re a Staff-level engineer who thrives on modernizing fragile systems, building robust services around vendor integrations, and driving architecture at company-wide scale, this is your opportunity. **Why This Role Matters:** Onboarding is where customers form their first impression of Ripple, and where trust is earned. As the technical anchor for a small, high-impact team, you will: • Build for impact – Everything you create will serve multiple Ripple products, from Payments to Custody to Stablecoin. • Start from zero – Design and build new backend services from the ground up to power onboarding across products. • Tackle the hard stuff – Unwind years of technical debt while designing systems built to last. • Shape Ripple’s architecture – Partner with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to influence company-wide technical direction. • Scale the right way – Mentor engineers and grow a high-performing team, with direct executive backing. This isn’t just about writing code, it’s about designing how Ripple’s onboarding platform will work for years to come. WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Lead the design and development of distributed, cloud-native backend services that power onboarding across Ripple’s product suite. • Partner with Product, Compliance, and other engineering teams to design scalable orchestration and data pipelines. • Migrate core onboarding logic out of Salesforce into resilient, observable services and a dedicated persistence layer. • Build platform capabilities that enable faster onboarding with fewer customer touchpoints — while preserving trust and compliance. • Contribute to foundational data modeling work that will feed into Ripple’s future identity platform (while ownership of Identity will move to a dedicated team). • Champion engineering excellence in code quality, testing, and operational practices. • Mentor engineers and help grow a lean, high-impact team. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: **Required** • Deep backend engineering experience in modern, cloud-native, distributed systems. • Exposure and willingness to frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) for full-stack capability. • Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale systems in complex environments. • Strong API design and integration skills (REST and/or gRPC). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS). • Comfort navigating and reducing technical debt while delivering business value. • Leadership skills: can set technical direction, mentor others, and influence cross-team decisions. **Preferred (But Not Required)** • Experience with our current stack: Java + Spring Boot. • We welcome candidates from other backend stacks (Go, Kotlin, C#, Python, Rust, etc.) who can quickly learn JVM technologies. • Event-driven architecture (Kafka, SNS/SQS, etc.). • Domain knowledge in fintech, regtech, KYC/KYB, identity verification, or compliance-heavy systems. **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** • Impact: The systems you build will be used across all Ripple products, touching every new customer. • Technical Challenge: You’ll lead a high-leverage migration and design work that matters. • Growth: Opportunity to shape a horizontal platform team from the ground up. • Collaboration: Partner with sharp, motivated colleagues across engineering, product, and compliance. If you want to help replace a fragile, business-critical system with a scalable platform that will serve every Ripple customer for years to come, we’d love to talk. THE WORK: As a Senior Security Engineer on the Security Operations team, you will help Ripple detect, investigate, and respond to security threats across our environment. You'll work across detection and data engineering, incident response, and security automation — building the tooling and detection logic that lets the team scale. You'll operate independently on sophisticated investigations and detection initiatives, and you'll be a technical reference point for less senior engineers on the team. WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Design, build, and tune detections across our security stack (Google Security Operations) to improve our ability to identify and mitigate threats. • Lead incident response for sophisticated and high-severity investigations, from initial triage through root cause and remediation. • Build and maintain security automation workflows (e.g., in Tines) that reduce manual toil in detection, triage, and response. • Own and improve SIEM/data pipeline health, including log source coverage, parsing/normalization, and alert quality. • Develop cross-functional relationships (IT, engineering, other Ripple teams) to influence security initiatives and drive adoption of security tooling. • Maintain awareness of the evolving threat landscape and translate that awareness into concrete improvements to our detection coverage and response playbooks. • Use AI tools as more than a chatbot — agentic coding tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex for detection engineering and automation work — while knowing when a given tool is (and isn't) the right fit, and verifying output before it ships. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • 5+ years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response, with a track record of owning incident response and detection work end-to-end. • Advanced knowledge of security principles, tools, and practices used in detection and response operations. • Strong scripting/automation skills (Python or SOAR) — comfortable building and maintaining automation for response workflows and working with REST APIs to connect security tools. • Experience with SIEM platforms and security data pipelines (e.g., Google SecOps) — you understand log source onboarding, parsing, and alert tuning, not just querying. • Hands-on experience with EDR, identity, email security, and network security tooling at a level where you can extend and tune the tooling, not just operate it. • Ability to write clean technical specs, identify risks before starting major projects, and reason clearly about trade-offs between alternative approaches. • Problem-solving skills to resolve ambiguous or high-pressure situations effectively and creatively, while maintaining flexibility, professionalism, and integrity. • Understands and anticipates people's needs, skills, and abilities, to coach, motivate, and empower them for success.
