What we look for at Seven Starlin Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving women’s mental health such as perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause and menopause Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare What you'll do Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment Who you are Must be located and fully licensed in OK (Oklanhoma) Currently, we can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists who hold an active license as as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following, but are not limited to: (AZ, DC, CA, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA) Arizona, District of Columbia (Washington DC), California, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause Candidates should also have experience working in a telehealth setting and consider themselves tech savvy A desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population while opening up access to care Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records Bilingual is a plus! We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PMHNP to join our growing, mission-driven organization focused on providing high quality holistic mental health care to women throughout all reproductive life stages including perinatal to perimenopause. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working with the perinatal population and some exposure to perimenopause patients. The candidate should also have at least six months of telehealth experience and is committed to having a profound impact on women's mental health as this position is designed for PMHNPs who value high-quality care and want to grow with an early stage startup. **What you'll do** • Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model. • Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist • This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week. • Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length • Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices. **Who you are** • Active Board Certified CA (California) PMHNP license in good standing • Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets • RN Compact licensure preferred No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances) • Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population • 6+ months working in telehealth • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period • Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care • Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication • Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently **Benefits of working with Seven Starling** • Dedicated Support • PMHNP support from HR and IT professionals • Ongoing Office Hours with the Director of Medical Operations • Professional Liability Insurance included • As needed, Seven Starling will pair you with a collaborative physician and cover the costs associated with it • Client support team to help clients with scheduling, administrative issues • Opportunities for growth and leadership within the Organization including professional development opportunities • Opportunity for cross-licensure sponsorship, if eligible • Reimbursement for new license applications, if eligible • Transparent scheduling - you provide your availability to us **Details** • Average 5-10+ hours per week of patient - facing appointment time • 1099 Contract Role; Flexible Schedule • 100% Remote Please do not call our public clinical admissions line in regard to this or any other job posting.
