About the role
This internship offers the opportunity to work on experience design from a management perspective, not just engineering, and to grow into a leader who will drive the future of the Mercari Group. You will be challenged with developing features for the Mercari marketplace app, the smartphone payment service Merpay, and the cryptocurrency/blockchain service Mercoin within Japan. You will join a team of software engineers with diverse backgrounds and expertise and take on responsibilities as a team member. Ultimately, you will present your work and actual results at a final report meeting.
Eligibility
Students 16 years or older who are able to join as new graduates in October 2027 or April 2028. Must be able to stay in Japan during the internship and work more than 20 hours per week.
