About the role
Mercari is seeking future leaders for a 2-3 month software engineering internship in Japan, focusing on developing features for their marketplace, payment (Merpay), and blockchain (Mercoin) services. Interns will work on improving user experience and specifications, with visa and accommodation support available for overseas candidates. The internship encourages working more than 20 hours per week and is open to those who can join as new graduates in October 2027 or April 2028.
Eligibility
Students (undergraduate 3rd year or higher, Master's, Doctoral) or recent graduates (within 3 years) who can join as new graduates in October 2027 or April 2028. Must be able to stay in Japan for the internship.
