Job Description Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, building Bosch’s two-wheeler and powersports activities cross-divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit. We act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. With our headquarter in Yokohama, Japan and branches in the United States, Europe, India, and China, we coordinate two-wheeler and powersports activities all around the world. Challenging Internship At Bosch Japan! You Will Get The Chance To Work For a Global Player And Be a Part Of a Dynamic Team Where You Can Gather Practical And On-the-job Experience With a Mix Of Day-to-day Operations And Projects. Your Task(s) Will Include Analysis of performance KPIs: Evaluate global project KPIs and derive strategies for performance and process improvementsProject Portfolio Project Tracking and Monitoring: Support the tracking of project timelines, budgets, and resources. Automatization of processes: Analyze existing processes for automatization opportunities, investigate possible solutions, and implement them Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling across different time zones, preparing agendas, and following up on action items to ensure alignment among stakeholders Support the creation of a new Onboarding Concept: Help to develop training materials, assist in onboarding of new project managers and host stakeholder meetings, to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Qualifications What we are looking for:Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to convey information clearly and collaborate with various stakeholders globally.Ability to analyze data and identify trends Be a communicative, proactive, tenacious and reliable team playerComfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and enjoying the challenge of finding practical solutions autonomously. Preferred language abilities:Fluent English requiredIntermediate Japanese and/or German is an advantage Skills you should bring:Profound knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint, PowerAutomate...)Understanding of automotive industry preferred Additionally, you should: Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months at our company Be regularly enrolled at a university during the entire internship period Additional Information Target Internship Period: 1st October 2026 to 31st March 2027 We offer a very competitive monthly net allowance of 200,000 Yen on a full-time scheme. We will also provide you with all necessary documents and information for a successful Designated Activities visa application. Please note that the full visa process may take up to three months. Furthermore, applicants who intend to have an internship period for 12 months/already hold residence status in Japan will receive a monthly gross allowance.Japanese Nationals: Please note that Japanese nationals do not require a visa process. Depending on the needs of the receiving department, students fulfilling this condition may begin their internship within one month of being hired.
