Responsibilities トレ-ニング運営全般のサポ-トトレ-ニング実施に伴う準備および運営のサポ-トトレ-ニング資料および関連ドキュメントの整理 管理Retail Trainingに関連する各種アドミニストレ-ション業務のサポ-ト翻訳業務のサポ-トトレ-ニング資料およびHQからの英語資料の日本語翻訳サポ-ト翻訳資料の校正およびフォ-マット調整のサポ-トトレ-ニング資料準備のサポ-トPowerPointを使用したトレ-ニング資料の作成 更新サポ-トプレゼンテ-ションおよび学習資料の準備サポ-トLMS&デジタルラ-ニングのサポ-トLMSへのデ-タ入力およびメンテナンスのサポ-ト)正確かつタイムリ-な更新(デジタルラ-ニング記録および受講デ-タ管理のサポ-トLMSデ-タの抽出 分析およびトレ-ニングレポ-ト作成のサポ-トその他サポ-ト社内 社外会議のスケジュ-リングと招集店舗ビジット時のトレ-ニングおよびOJTのサポ-ト Knowledge And Skills 〈必須スキル〉 高い対人コミュニケ-ション能力 ビジネスレベルの英語力)本国から提供される資料の読解および翻訳が可能なレベル( PowerPoint,Excelの基本スキル)資料 グラフ作成が可能なレベル( 正確性と迅速性を伴うアドミニストレ-ション能力 ファッションおよびラグジュアリ-業界への関心があれば尚可 〈歓迎スキル〉 事務処理の正確性と迅速な対応力 ブランドの世界観や価値観を理解し,柔軟な姿勢と対応力 Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
