Role Summary We're looking for a Retail Operations Intern to support the day-to-day running of our store operations. You'll get hands-on exposure to inventory, merchandising, store performance data, and process improvement — a strong foundation for a career in retail, supply chain, or operations management. What You'll Do Support daily store operations, including stock management, replenishment, and inventory countsHelp track and analyze sales, inventory data, and prepare simple reportsAssist with store requestsCoordinate with store teams, suppliers, and head office on operational tasksHelp document and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Retail, Supply Chain, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable with numbers and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeFluency in English required; Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Thai is a plus Duration: 1 year
