How you’ll make an impactYou will be responsible for assisting in talent acquisition, sending scout email to potential candidates through job boards, data collection and analysis for talent mapping, etc.You will be responsible for file management and Office support, support employer branding events, other documentations, Etc.You will be responsible for other tasks assigned by the supervisor and tutor.You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. RequirementsYou are a student in Japan, currently in Bachelors degree or above.Interest in the HR field (especially in talent acquisition or recruitment) is required.HR/Recruitment agency Internship experience is nice to have.You must be able to commute to Osaki (Tokyo) office 2-3 days / week.Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills and quick learner. Proficiency in both Japanese and English language is required. What can you learn from the internshipUnderstanding of recruitment from a corporate talent acquisition perspective.Experience working in a global/international environment.Being responsible to manage your own tasks and assignments. OthersThis internship will be a paid internship. Hourly wage and commuting will be paid.Minimum length of the internship is expected to be 3 months.
