Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. About the role We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build secure, intuitive applications around bespoke AI capabilities.You will contribute across interfaces, APIs, integrations and deployment while working closely with AI engineers and project teams. What you will do · Build responsive web interfaces for complex enterprise workflows.· Develop backend services, APIs and data integrations.· Integrate AI models and third-party services into dependable applications.· Implement authentication, permissions, logging and auditability.· Write tests, review code and improve application performance.· Deploy, monitor and support solutions used by client teams. What we are looking for · One to four years of professional full-stack development experience.· Strong skills in a modern frontend framework and backend language.· Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.· Understanding of databases, authentication and secure development.· Ability to build clean, maintainable and well-tested software.· Ownership, adaptability and effective remote collaboration. It would be helpful if you have · Experience with React, TypeScript, Python or FastAPI.· Exposure to cloud infrastructure, containers or CI/CD.· Experience integrating generative AI or machine learning services.We value developers who care equally about user experience, system reliability and business context.
