This role oversees the design and maintenance of data models, warehouses, and ETL processes, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and aligned with business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leaders across departments to define key metrics, develop dashboards and reports, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. The Senior Director will manage and mentor a BI team, establish best practices in data governance, and drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, methodologies, and workflows. This role also involves evaluating new technologies, setting standards for data quality, and presenting insights to executive leadership to support strategic planning and performance optimization.QualificationsStrong analytical skills with a track record of turning complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.Expertise in data modeling and data warehousing, including designing scalable structures that support reporting and analytics needs.Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and data integration tools to ensure accurate and efficient data pipelines.Advanced proficiency in data analytics, including using BI platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to build dashboards and reports.Demonstrated leadership experience managing business intelligence or data teams, including mentoring and developing talent.Solid understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices for secure and compliant data management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams in a remote environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in strategic planning, KPI development, and using analytics to drive organizational performance; industry experience in a data-centric organization is a plus.Compensation & Financial IncentivesHighly Competitive Base Salary: $210,000 – $340,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and expertise.Performance-Based Annual Bonus: 15% - 25% target annual cash bonus linked to individual and corporate milestone achievements.Equity Participation: Generous Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) including Initial Equity / RSU (Restricted Stock Units) grant with a standard vesting schedule, allowing you to directly share in the company’s valuation growth.Retirement Security: 401(k) retirement plan with an immediate company match of up to 4% - 6% (100% vested from Day 1).
