Fullstack or Frontend Engineer (English)

Its technology is used by major enterprises, including large multinational organizations, and is supported by leading venture capital firms and strategic investors.The company operates from Tokyo and San Francisco and is focused on creating world-class voice AI products and infrastructure for both consumer and enterprise customers.The RoleAs a Full-Stack Engineer, you will build and enhance a suite of SaaS products including a mobile application, meeting automation platform, and web-based management dashboard.This is a front-end-focused full-stack role. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience while also contributing to backend development when necessary. Rather than simply implementing requirements, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout the business to define solutions, propose improvements, and drive product development from concept to launch.You will collaborate directly with external design partners to refine product experiences and ensure a high standard of UI/UX quality.ResponsibilitiesDevelop front-end features for a suite of SaaS products with a strong focus on usability and user experience.Contribute to full-stack application development, including backend services when required.Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and identify product improvements.Translate design concepts into production-ready applications.Work closely with external design teams to improve workflows and product experiences.Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.Collaborate with infrastructure teams and maintain awareness of system architecture and platform design.Take ownership of product areas and independently drive initiatives from planning through delivery.Required QualificationsProfessional experience building modern web applications.Strong front-end development skills with the ability to contribute across the stack.Demonstrated understanding of UI/UX principles and product design.Ability to independently gather requirements, define solutions, and execute projects.General understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern software architecture.Business-level communication skills in English.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience building and launching your own products, applications, or side projects.Startup experience, particularly with enterprise-focused products.Experience working with both large enterprises and startup organizations.Experience collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.Familiarity with cloud-native SaaS platforms and modern web technologies.
