Chief of Staff, Enterprise AI & Data Science

For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff, Enterprise AI & Data Science to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, helping drive execution across enterprise AI and data science priorities. The position will coordinate planning, operating rhythms, and cross-functional alignment to ensure key initiatives move forward effectively.

It will also support leadership communications, meeting preparation, and organizational design efforts in a highly dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $137,340 – $185,813 annually Responsibilities Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership in departmental execution Coordinate yearly planning activities, including strategy and budgeting Shape and run annual operating rhythms such as portfolio reviews and staff meetings Manage daily execution of departmental strategies and cross-functional priorities Own agenda planning and facilitation for leadership meetings and offsites Track key initiatives and ensure alignment across AI and Data Science leaders Drive internal communications and support organizational design activities Qualifications Doctorate with 4+ years of strategic planning or operations experience Master's with 7+ years of strategic planning or operations experience Bachelor's with 9+ years of strategic planning or operations experience MBA or advanced degree in strategy or management preferred Experience in life sciences or AI/data-driven fields is a plus Exceptional executive presence and communication skills Proven capability in leading strategic initiatives and operating with agility High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively Benefits Opportunity to impact AI and data science initiatives for patient care Work at the forefront of innovation in science and technology Be an integral part of shaping the future direction of the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
