What You'll Do

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our cloud-based document management platform. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys building production-grade applications across the full stack while solving complex technical challenges that power secure, scalable web and mobile experiences.

You'll partner closely with Product, Design, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software from concept through production. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, build resilient cloud-native applications, and help drive engineering excellence through collaboration, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.

You will: Design & Build Build and maintain production-grade full stack applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS technologies Develop scalable backend services and modern frontend experiences that power secure web and mobile applications Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets performance, security, and quality standards Build and validate software across multiple environments throughout the development lifecycle System Design & Architecture Design and implement event-driven and service-oriented solutions Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability Build solutions leveraging AWS services and SQL/NoSQL databases Integrate internal systems with third-party APIs and external services.

Operational Excellence Implement logging, monitoring, and observability to improve production visibility Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments Ensure solutions align with security and engineering best practices.

Problem Solving & Ownership Take ownership of features from design through deployment and ongoing support Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend scalable solutions to complex engineering challenges Document technical designs, workflows, and architectural decisions to improve team alignment Collaboration Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering throughout the software development lifecycle Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the engineering team Continuous Learning & Innovation Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that improve engineering productivity and product capabilities Explore AI-powered services and third-party integrations to e
