Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, either completed or in progress. Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in AI and machine learning through personal projects, coursework, or experiments are important indicators of potential success. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for both internal tools and customer-facing applications, ensuring they meet operational and user experience standards.Experiment with frontier and open-source models such as Claude, GPT-based models, and emerging frameworks to evaluate their suitability for various use cases.Create rapid prototypes to test ideas, analyze performance, and iterate based on feedback and results.Integrate AI models seamlessly with APIs, workflows, and existing business systems to ensure smooth deployment and operation.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI tools, libraries, and frameworks, and incorporate relevant innovations into ongoing projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and data scientists—to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, automation, or customer satisfaction.
