You'll architect the agent infrastructure, model gateways, and telemetry systems that turn knowledge workers into AI power users. This founding-team role involves owning the entire infrastructure function, from multi-tenant data isolation to elastic compute for complex agentic workloads. What You Will Do Design and maintain the hosted cloud backplane, including agent infrastructure, model gateways, and telemetry ingestion.Implement robust multi-tenant data isolation and governance to ensure secure agent execution across user environments.Develop scalable systems for durable agent execution, usage metering, and reliable event delivery behind NAT or in the cloud. The ideal candidate Proven experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure for systems with real-world users and uptime requirements.Deep understanding of multi-tenancy, networking fundamentals, and designing for operational excellence from first principles.Comfortable being the sole infrastructure owner, managing everything from VM fleets and deployment pipelines to cost attribution.
