For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Mobility Partner (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will shape and execute a global mobility strategy that supports a complex, multinational workforce. You will partner across functions to strengthen policy, governance, tax compliance, and assignment lifecycle management while improving the employee experience.
The position also plays a key role in standardizing processes, enhancing reporting, and advancing mobility tools and services in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually Responsibilities Drive the global mobility strategy and policy development Govern individual tax compliance and equalization policies Design and manage the tax vendor strategy Collaborate with cross-functional partners to standardize tax processes Oversee a global employment company and ensure governance compliance Innovate mobility technology through process improvements and data visualization Manage escalations and complex issues throughout the assignment lifecycle Stay current on mobility innovations and incorporate relevant best practices Develop training and communications for stakeholders Define requirements and manage governance reporting Enhance mobility processes and systems using best practices Support the development and harmonization of global mobility services Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience plus 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of relevant experience Strong communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels Excellent organization and decision-making abilities with a focus on regulatory compliance Proven project management expertise to drive complex projects to completion Experience with global mobility operations and processes Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the initiative to tackle challenges Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and short- and long-term disability insurance 401(k) match and flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules and parental leave Employee assistance programs and paid time off Opportunities for education through an employee scholar program Annual incentive compensation depending on performance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
