Jobbeschreibung Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence The Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence is responsible for improving the company’s operating model, business processes, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. This role leads initiatives that enhance operational consistency, efficiency, service quality, resource utilization, and sustainable business performance across functions and regions. The SVP of Operational Excellence works closely with executive and functional leaders to identify improvement opportunities, establish practical operating standards, strengthen performance visibility, and develop scalable processes that support business growth and organizational effectiveness. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute the global Operational Excellence strategy aligned with corporate objectives and business priorities. Evaluate operating models, business processes, organizational structures, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Establish standardized operating procedures, management practices, performance standards, and continuous-improvement frameworks. Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on improving efficiency, productivity, service quality, and operational consistency. Develop operational planning, performance-review, and management processes that support effective execution. Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, reporting structures, and performance-review mechanisms. Analyze operational data to identify trends, process gaps, resource constraints, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with business and functional leaders to develop practical improvement plans and measurable performance targets. Optimize resource allocation, workforce productivity, capacity planning, and operating costs. Drive process simplification, standardization, automation, and digital workflow improvements. Partner with Technology and Digital teams to implement systems that improve operational visibility, collaboration, reporting, and process efficiency. Establish structured approaches for process improvement, change implementation, and organizational adoption. Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives and ensure clear ownership, milestones, and expected outcomes. Support business expansion and organizational development by establishing scalable operating models and management processes. Develop operational governance frameworks that improve accountability, decision-making, communication, and execution consistency. Identify operational challenges and coordinate timely corrective actions with relevant business leaders. Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of effective practices across teams and regions. Develop executive reports and management recommendations covering operational performance, improvement initiatives, resource utilization, and organizational effectiveness.
