Senior Use-Case Lead

All Together, Extraordinary

adunaglobal.com

Aduna is the Connector of networks, bringing together leading telecom operators and technology partners to simplify global access to Network APIs. Through a single, unified platform, we enable businesses and developers to build more secure, seamless and innovative digital services.

We are looking for a Senior Use-Case Lead to join our Demand Generation Team and become the recognized technical authority for one or two Network API use-case families.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will own the technical and commercial narrative for use cases such as Fraud Prevention, Authentication and Number Verification, KYC Match, or Location and Quality on Demand. You will turn complex technical capabilities into compelling market narratives, practical enablement materials, and clear customer value propositions.

Your expertise will provide the foundation for the content, enablement, and awareness activities created by the wider team. You will also support selected customer conversations as a trusted subject-matter expert, helping position Aduna’s APIs around the customer’s business problem rather than the technical specification.

What You’ll Be Focused On

• Own Network API use cases end-to-end: Take responsibility for one or two use-case families, covering technical depth, competitive positioning, customer value, and the “why now” narrative.
• Build compelling market narratives: Translate complex Network API capabilities into clear business outcomes, commercial value propositions, and ROI-focused messaging.
• Provide subject-matter expertise: Establish yourself as a trusted authority in areas such as fraud prevention, identity, authentication, verification, KYC, or location-based services.
• Transfer knowledge across the team: Mentor and buddy-pair with Content & Enablement Specialists, sharing expertise and helping the wider team produce accurate and impactful materials.
• Partner with Developer Advocate: Work closely with the Developer Advocate to ensure the technical accuracy and relevance of public-facing developer content.
• Support vertical value creation: Help translate technical capabilities into industry-specific value propositions and ROI narratives for priority verticals.
• Support strategic customer conversations: Join selected customer discussions as “Expert Sales” support, reframing Aduna’s APIs around the customer’s challenges and desired outcomes rather than focusing only on technical specifications.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, specialist pre-sales, product strategy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Fraud prevention
• Identity and authentication
• Number verification
• KYC and identity matching
• Location-based services
• Telecom or Network APIs
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial narratives, customer value propositions, and measurable ROI.
• Experience communicating complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.
• Confidence working directly with customers, partners, product teams, and commercial stakeholders.
• The ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor without direct people-management responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working across functions, cultures, and time zones in a global environment.

What Will Help You Succeed

• You are recognized as a credible and pragmatic subject-matter expert.
• You communicate with precision and adapt your message to engineering, commercial, and executive audiences.
• You naturally mentor others and actively share your expertise.
• You can connect technical capabilities with real customer problems and business outcomes.
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping narratives in an emerging market.
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to content, enablement, and customer support.

Why Join Aduna?

• Shape an emerging global market: Help define how Network API use cases are positioned, understood, and adopted across the telecom and technology ecosystem.
• Become a key technical voice: Influence the narratives used with customers, partners, developers, and industry stakeholders.
• Create visible business impact: Your expertise will directly support customer engagement, partner enablement, and market development.
• Work across disciplines: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and external ecosystem partners.
• Operate with autonomy: Take genuine ownership of your use-case portfolio and help establish standards for the wider organization.
• Join a global environment: Work with talented colleagues and partners across different markets, industries, and cultures.

Location

This is a flexible role open to candidates based in the United States, Canada, Spain, Poland, or Croatia, with remote-working options subject to local employment arrangements.

Ready to Create What’s Next?

If you have deep expertise in Network API use cases and can translate technical innovation into customer value, commercial relevance, and compelling market narratives, we would love to hear from you.

Apply and help us shape the next generation of programmable connectivity.
