About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Qualifications The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing energy or construction projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to liaise effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements. A commitment to safety and environmental standards is a must. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues proactively. Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all parties are informed and engaged. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout project execution. Assist in procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiations. Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of project delivery processes.
