Senior Digital Manager, Creativity & Productivity

As the expert on demand creation, acquisition, nurture and free and paid member engagement strategies within the Digital GTM Japan team, the Senior Digital Manager will drive the strategy that delivers growth and sales success for Adobe's creative and productive tool s .

A deep knowledge of digital marketing practices and mobile app business across customer segments will serve well as we partner with many internal Adobe teams to lead multi-functional initiatives that drive improved customer experience, increase new customer acquisition and greater customer retention .

This team provides business critical insights using advanced analysis skills, ensures multi-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We work cross-functionally to define our campaign and persona-level customer journey requirements across demand creation, acquisition, nurture, conversion and engagement by segment to enhance long term customer growth.

Team members are highly analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done through positive relationships across the organization .

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast relevant metrics to understand trends in the business and develop business cases that translate into impactful recommendations for growth.
• Use data driven business models to optimize acquisition and engagement funnels for both Desktop and Mobile on Adobe.com.
• Obsess overall customer experience journeys, find opportunities for improvement and drive multi-functional teams to deliver against long-term customer growth goals.
• Partner with Marketing to establish and operate campaign frameworks that deliver best in class customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain expertise in key customer segments and provide insights back to Product teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences .
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product teams to develop and implement plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales goals for Digital.

Qualifications

• /Experience
• BS/BA or equivalent experience with 7+ years marketing, high tech, mobile app, or e-commerce experience .
• Advanced SQL skill (write and optimize SQL independently) and experience to involve initiatives which use Machine Learning model .
• Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and implement to address critical business issues.
• The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, communicating supporting facts and data to back up the position.
• Deep understanding of both digital business models and the mobile app landscape, and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results .
• Customer-first orientation, with experience working on B2C products or services .
• Genuine desire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to near term and longer-term sales success.
• Successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities .
• Experience leading multi-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives .
• Outstanding communication and social skills, both verbal and written, at all levels .
• Native in Japanese and business level English skills .
• Cultural awareness and experience for Japan market .
