The company is building an enterprise AI platform designed to connect business data, SaaS products and internal workflows through AI agents. Its AI products are already used by hundreds of companies, and the business is expanding rapidly as enterprise demand moves from GenAI experimentation to real production adoption. You will join a growing Forward Deployed Engineering team working directly with customers to discover business problems, build AI-powered solutions and turn successful use cases into future product capabilities. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will Work directly with customers to understand business processes, data and existing SaaS environmentsIdentify where AI can create meaningful business impactDefine technical requirements instead of simply receiving specificationsRapidly prototype and build AI-powered workflowsBuild full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript, React and Next.jsDevelop AI agents and LLM applications using LangChain and LangGraphIntegrate with enterprise systems such as CRM, HR and internal SaaS productsBuild APIs and data integrations across multiple customer systemsDeploy and operate solutions on cloud infrastructureSupport production rollout, security requirements and user adoptionFeed successful customer use cases back into the core product roadmapWhat We’re Looking For Strong professional software engineering experienceFull-stack development capability across backend and frontendHands-on experience building applications with LLMs or Generative AIExperience building and operating applications on AWS, GCP or AzureStrong Japanese communication skills for technical and business discussionsCurrently based in Japan会社について 上場テクノロジー企業のグループ会社として設立された、法人向けAI領域で急成長中の企業です。 生成AIやAIエージェントを活用し、企業内のデータ、各種SaaS、業務プロセスをつなぐ次世代のAIプラットフォームを開発しています。 すでに数百社への導入実績があり、企業の生成AI活用が実証実験から本格導入へ移行する中で、事業・開発組織ともに拡大を続けています。 今回募集するFDEは、顧客の現場に深く入り込み、業務課題を整理した上で自らAIソリューションを設計・実装し、そこで得た知見をプロダクトの新機能へ還元していくポジションです。 仕事内容 顧客、プロダクト、開発チームの間に立ち、課題発見から設計、開発、本番導入まで一貫して担当します。 主な業務 顧客の業務プロセス、データ、既存SaaS環境の把握・整理AIを活用することで効果が見込める業務課題の特定曖昧な要望から要件を整理し、技術仕様へ落とし込むAIを活用した業務ワークフローや実証環境の高速開発Python、TypeScript、React、Next.jsを用いたフルスタック開発LangChain、LangGraphを活用したAIエージェント・LLMアプリケーション開発CRM、HR、社内システムなど各種SaaSとのAPI連携データ連携基盤の設計・実装クラウド環境へのデプロイ、本番運用セキュリティ・コンプライアンス要件への対応導入後の利用定着支援顧客プロジェクトで得た知見を自社プロダクトへ還元必須要件 ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務開発経験バックエンド・フロントエンド双方の開発経験LLM・生成AIを活用したアプリケーション開発経験AWS、GCP、Azureなどクラウド環境での開発・運用経験顧客と技術面・業務面の双方について議論できる日本語力現在日本国内に在住している方
