Full Stack Engineer Our client is a US-based technology company delivering software and workforce management solutions to a specialized, high-compliance industry. The company works with major enterprise clients and platforms, handling complex operational and payment workflows that require accuracy, scale, and reliability. About the RoleWe are looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join a newly established Platform Team focused on building a unified technology experience across the organization. The Platform Team works on foundational products and services that unify different parts of the company's ecosystem. As the team grows, engineers will work across front-end and back-end technologies, contribute to platform-level initiatives, and collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product partners. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and platform capabilities.Build modern front-end experiences and/or robust back-end services depending on your area of expertise.Contribute to architectural and technical decisions across the platform.Work with APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices.Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering processes. Qualifications5+ years of experience in software engineering.Strong experience with Full-stack development, in JavaScript and TypeScript.Front-End: React (Next.js a plus), Tailwind CSS, and Micro-frontends.Back-End: Node.js (NestJS a plus), GraphQL, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.Experience with relational and non-relational databases.Experience working with AWS and/or Azure infrastructure and cloud-based environments.Experience designing and developing scalable, maintainable applications and services.Familiarity with distributed systems and modern software architecture.Strong English communication skills.Experience with design systems or shared component/design libraries is a plus.
