Data Center Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction ManagementLead day-to-day construction activities across the data-center project.Develop and implement construction execution plans, methodologies, and sequencing.Manage construction from enabling works through fit-out, testing, commissioning, and handover.Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.Monitor progress against the master construction schedule and establish recovery plans where required.Coordinate multiple contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives.
