Your new role Join the IT team of a leading global logistics company and provide hands-on support across offices, warehouses, and operational sites throughout Japan. This role offers a mix of end-user support, device deployment, infrastructure support, asset management, and project coordination within an international environment. Provide on-site and remote IT support for end usersTroubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and connectivity issuesManage incidents and service requests through ServiceNowDeploy, configure, and replace laptops, desktops, and peripheralsMaintain IT asset and inventory recordsSupport local network and infrastructure equipment, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and site hardwareCoordinate with vendors and support IT projects, office moves, and technology rolloutsTravel to company sites across Japan as required What you'll need to succeedExperience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT OperationsStrong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and user supportExperience with Active Directory and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)Strong troubleshooting and communication skillsConversational to business level Japanese skillsBusiness-level EnglishWillingness to travel domestically What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
