For our client, we are seeking a Director, Marketing Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will shape the marketing operations function that supports a complex B2B growth motion, with a focus on measurement, systems, and process discipline. The role will partner closely with Marketing leadership, Sales, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve attribution, reporting accuracy, and campaign performance.
It is well suited for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment while helping the team make better decisions with data. You will oversee the martech ecosystem, budget management, and website optimization efforts that drive lead management, pipeline visibility, and conversion outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Lead marketing automation setup and integration with Salesforce for lead management and campaign tracking Manage multi-touch attribution methodology and present findings in cross-functional discussions Maintain data dictionaries to ensure consistent reporting across platforms and AI tools Own the B2B martech stack, including evaluating and integrating new tools as needed Define B2B marketing KPIs and ensure accurate reporting timelines are maintained Deliver pipeline briefings and performance updates to B2B marketing leadership Oversee the B2B marketing budget, tracking forecasts and vendor spend Manage the marketing website team focusing on navigation, SEO, and conversion optimization Qualifications 8+ years in B2B marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations, with experience in complex sales cycles Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform with Salesforce integration Experience building and defending marketing attribution models for Sales and Finance stakeholders Track record managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, including reconciliation experience Experience leading a B2B website and overseeing A/B testing and accessibility compliance Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams Strong communication skills, including the ability to present performance data to executives Adaptable in fast-changing environments and skilled in process development Benefits Access to comprehensive mental health and family planning services through a family support platform for employees Wellness partnerships supporting overall well-being Flexible hybrid work model encouraging in-person collaboration a few days a week 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave with additional new parent stipends for mature employees Annual professional development stipend and access to career coaching 401(k) matching with immediate vesting for US-based employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
