This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale applications that support critical business operations and improve productivity through automation and innovative technologies. As part of the development team, you will design, build, and maintain web applications while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business functions. You will also have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, cloud-native architectures, and process automation platforms. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards and best practices.Optimize system performance, reliability, and security.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing applications and services.Utilize AI-powered tools and automation technologies to improve development efficiency and operational productivity. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in JAVA web application development.Experience in application design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Strong understanding of database design and system integration concepts.Business-level Japanese communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) systems.Knowledge of web infrastructure, databases, application servers, and networking.Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and application security.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.Experience or interest in AI-driven software development methodologies.
