What We're Looking For: ✅ Strong expertise in JavaScript & Node.js comfortable building and optimizing server-side applications✅ Proven experience with React Native or native mobile development (iOS/Android)✅ Ability to architect scalable solutions across frontend and backend✅ Team building & management expertise — experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers✅ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments✅ Understanding of databases, APIs, and system design✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to code quality and best practices✅ Bonus: Experience with Agile methodologies and technical documentation Experience & Compensation: 🎯 1-3 years experience: ₹60,000/month🎯 3-5 years experience: Up to ₹1,00,000/month Compensation is based on your experience level, portfolio, and demonstrated expertise.
