The successful candidate will take ownership of software development activities from requirement capture through final delivery while ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and effective communication between all stakeholders. Objectives of the RoleWork at the customer site and interact directly with the customer and offshore team.Collaborate closely with the customer to capture requirements and understand challenges related to improving their software systems.Drive and coordinate the offshore/nearshore development team.Collaborate closely with offshore teams to communicate requirements and ensure implementation adheres to schedule and quality standards.Take complete ownership of the development lifecycle, from requirement capture through final delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesPlay an Onsite Bridge Engineer and Coordinator role for software development.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in Japan.Support customers during QA testing.Capture and analyze requirements, design, develop, and test software systems using customer software frameworks and tools from the customer site.Deliver high-quality work products within the agreed schedule.Report progress, risks, and problems to the customer as required.Create alignment between the development team and client to help identify and unblock issues that may impede team performance.Clarify queries raised by the offshore team in consultation with the customer.Perform reviews of offshore work products and ensure their quality.Coordinate effectively between customer and offshore teams throughout the development lifecycle.Report project progress, risks, and issues to the customer as required. Required Technical SkillsProven experience in building data-intensive, dynamic web applications.In-depth understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Excellent knowledge and hands-on working experience with React and Go (Golang).Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI Specification.Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Excellent problem-analysis and documentation skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment.
