• 担当する自動車メーカーに対する営業・ビジネスの責任者として、継続的な事業成長と収益性の高い受注獲得を目指すポジションです。
• 単に製品を提案する営業ではなく、顧客のニーズや市場・競合状況を把握しながら営業戦略・価格戦略を立案し、社内のProject Management、Engineeringなどの関係部門を巻き込んで新規ビジネスの獲得を推進します。
• また、Valeo社内では担当顧客を代表する立場として、品質・コスト・納期などの顧客要求をプロジェクトチームへ共有し、ビジネス全体をリードしていただきます。

【取り扱い製品】イーアクセル、インバーター、オンボードチャージャー、DCDCのコンバーター、オルタネーター、ダンパー、クラッチ、パークロックアクチュエーター等

【具体的な業務】

• 既存アカウントの管理
• チームのマネジメント
• 顧客開発戦略の策定
• 顧客との交渉管理（インフレーションやボリューム条件に関連する交渉）
• 明確なフォローアップとアクションプランを通じて顧客満足を確保
• ビジネス進捗を社内上層部に報告・共有
• エンジニアリングの技術ロードマップのプレゼンテーションやプロモーションをサポート

• 英語：ビジネスレベル（Valeoヨーロッパや韓国のジョイントベンチャーとのWEB会議・メールでのコミュニケーション）
• 製造業での営業経験：5年以上
• Tier1 KAM経験者（JOEM経験者であればTier2なども可能）
• チームマネジメント経験

[Position Overview]

• As the Business Head / Sales Account Manager responsible for the designated OEM accounts, this role aims to achieve continuous business growth and secure highly profitable orders.
• This is not simply a product sales role. You will formulate sales and pricing strategies based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis, while collaborating with internal cross-functional teams such as Project Management and Engineering to drive new business acquisition.
• Serving as the internal representative for your accounts within Valeo, you will also lead the overall business by communicating customer requirements regarding quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) to project teams.

[Department & Products]

• Valeo Japan is comprised of 4 Divisions:

1. Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.
2. Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent interior experiences.
3. Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for modern automotive lighting.
4. Valeo Service Division: Handles aftermarket services across all products in Divisions 1 to 3.

• This position is a hiring role within the Power Division.

[Product Portfolio]

e-Axle, Inverters, On-Board Chargers, DC-DC Converters, Alternators, Dampers, Clutches, Park Lock Actuators, etc.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Account management for existing clients
• Team management
• Development of customer business strategies
• Customer negotiations (including inflation adjustments and volume conditions)
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear follow-ups and action plans
• Report and share business progress with executive management
• Support promotion and presentation of engineering technology roadmaps

[Requirements (Must Have)]

• Deep product knowledge in automotive components such as e-Axles, On-Board Chargers, DC-DC Converters, Alternators, Dumpers, Clutches, etc.
• Japanese: Business Level (For internal communication at the Atsugi office and client relations with JOEMs).
• English: Business Level (For web conferences, emails, and global collaboration with Valeo Europe and Korean JVs).
• 5+ years of sales experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Key Account Manager (KAM) experience at a Tier 1 supplier (Tier 2 experience is acceptable if candidate has strong JOEM experience).
• Proven team management experience.

[Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)]

• Work experience at a global / foreign automotive supplier.
