This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, Surveys based in Canada. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to lead quantitative survey projects from initial kickoff through final data delivery. You will manage survey fieldwork, coordinate panel and vendor partners, and ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. As a trusted research partner, you will advise clients on survey design, sampling, and fieldwork strategies while anticipating challenges and proposing practical solutions. The role combines project ownership, client relationship management, research operations, and data quality oversight. You will work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment where speed, precision, and attention to detail are essential. Working primarily West Coast hours, you will also provide support for late-day project launches serving Eastern Time clients. Accountabilities Lead panel-only and full-service quantitative survey projects from kickoff through final data file delivery, monitoring quotas, feasibility, response rates, timelines, and overall project progress.Provide practical research guidance on questionnaire design, sampling approaches, fieldwork strategies, and project execution to help clients achieve reliable, high-quality outcomes.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party sample, panel, and translation vendors, proactively managing expectations, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Coordinate research operations across survey programming or hosting, panel/sample providers, fieldwork, data collection, and final delivery.Perform data quality checks and cleaning in Microsoft Excel while maintaining strong standards for data integrity, GDPR, CCPA, and personally identifiable information (PII) protection.Provide dependable coverage during Pacific Time working hours, including support for late-day Eastern Time launches and smooth project handoffs across teams and time zones.Track project margins and vendor costs, support financial oversight, and coordinate final billing reconciliation.Identify potential delivery risks early, resolve issues independently, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent projects. Requirements 4+ years of experience in quantitative market research, with hands-on responsibility for projects spanning questionnaire programming through final data delivery.Proven ability to own and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while balancing timelines, priorities, quality, budgets, and client needs.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide proactive recommendations.Practical experience working with panel or sample providers, survey programming or hosting platforms, fieldwork processes, and data quality procedures.Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling PII in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection standards, including GDPR and/or CCPA.Highly autonomous, resourceful, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex challenges independently.Availability to work standard hours of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (12:00 PM–9:00 PM Eastern Time), with occasional flexibility for project launches or urgent client requirements.Experience in expert networks, primary research, or other rapid-delivery research environments is preferred.Hands-on experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or Decipher/Forsta and project management tools such as Monday.com is an advantage.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
