Role OverviewJoin a leading US-based technology consulting firm in Tokyo as a ServiceNow Architect. In this client-facing position, you will lead high-impact digital transformations, designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions for top-tier enterprise clients across Japan. Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture: Drive end-to-end architectural design, platform standards, and solution delivery for ITSM and HRSD implementations.Enterprise Integrations: Architect complex integrations connecting ServiceNow with client ecosystems.Client Engagement & Governance: Translate complex business needs into scalable architectures while establishing platform governance, security controls, and optimization strategies.Presales Support: Partner with client leads on solution demonstrations, effort estimation, technical proposal development, and pitch presentations.Technical Leadership: Lead delivery teams through architecture reviews, guide developers on best practices, and mentor consultants. Qualifications & ExperienceBackground: 5+ years dedicated to ServiceNow platform architecture and development.Domain Mastery: Demonstrated success leading multiple enterprise ITSM deployments alongside hands-on HRSD project delivery.AI Capabilities: Production experience implementing ServiceNow AI features, including Now Assist or ML models.Languages: Business-level English. Business-level Japanese is a plus.Consulting Skills: Experience engaging executive client stakeholders and leading technical teams in delivery environments
