In this role, you will work closely with customers, the Customer Success team, and developers to identify challenges, explain technical solutions, and support successful product adoption.What you’ll do:Support customer meetings and provide technical explanations of our productIdentify customer needs and propose effective solutionsWork with the development team on implementation and customizationShare technical feedback to help improve the productCreate and update technical documentationWhat we’re looking for:2+ years of experience in a Solution Engineer, Technical Support, or similar roleBasic understanding of APIs and web applicationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsBusiness-level Japanese (N2 or above); English is a plus
