The Role Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET (C#, APIs, backend services) and React (modern frontend frameworks). Apply AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development, including code generation, debugging, and documentation. Integrate AI across the entire SDLC, from requirements and design to coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with an internal AI team to refine, validate, and pressure-test existing AI development frameworks. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, supporting iterative delivery and continuous alignment with stakeholders. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core. Strong proficiency in React / JavaScript / TypeScript. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
