OZiHOUSE Group | Japan / Remote Operations Coordinator | Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow Full-Time OZiHOUSE Group is an international student services platform supporting students across Australia, New Zealand and Canada through accommodation, homestay, study tours, internships and student experiences. As our Japan business continues to grow, we are looking for a Japan-based Operations Coordinator to join our international Operations Team. About the Role You will help connect Japanese education partners and students with our local teams, ensuring bookings, communication and student support run smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Communicating with Japanese education agents and studentsResponding to booking, accommodation and general service enquiriesFollowing up on new and existing bookingsChecking booking details and confirmation documentsCoordinating with our Homestay, OZiVILLAGE and wider Operations teamsSupporting students before arrival Following up on missing information and upcoming arrivalsHelping resolve day-to-day student and accommodation issuesCoordinating internally to ensure requests and issues are followed throughEscalating urgent or sensitive matters when requiredKeeping booking records and internal systems accurate and up to date We are looking for someone who: Speaks JapaneseHas good English communication skillsIs highly organised with strong attention to detailProvides friendly and professional customer serviceTakes ownership and follows tasks through to completionIs proactive and comfortable solving day-to-day problemsCan manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentCan communicate professionally with Japanese businesses and customersIs comfortable working as part of an international and remote teamIs confident using Google Workspace and other online systems Experience in education, accommodation, homestay, travel, hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
