Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities across multiple teams and stakeholdersSupport project planning, scope definition, and delivery trackingEnsure effective integration and alignment of workstreams within ongoing initiativesIdentify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependenciesPrepare project status reports, presentations, and management updatesSupport budget, timeline, and resource trackingMaintain project documentation and governance standardsFacilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partnersManage project-related administrative tasks and ensure compliance with internal processesSupport the full project lifecycle, from initial request and planning through implementation, acceptance, and closure
Requirements:
- Fluent German (minimum B2/C1) for direct communication with stakeholders and end clientsGood command of English (minimum B2)Experience in PMO, project coordination, project support, or junior project management rolesUnderstanding of IT and infrastructure environments, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and assessment of project dependenciesExperience supporting project delivery, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordinationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookWillingness to work according to a German calendar Our offer:Competitive remuneration on B2B contractOption to activate Medicover and Multisport on preferential termsAccess to Mindgram – mental health & well-being platformFree gym at Q22Personal development – internal online / onsite DevTalksReferral bonus programInternational environment
