About the Role

【職務概要】Workdayのテクノロジーコンサルティングチームに参画する、プランニングソリューションコンサルタントを募集しています。顧客組織のビジネスニーズと潜在的な業務課題を分析し、次世代SaaSベースのプランニングソリューションの価値訴求を通じて、顧客の財務・会計・要員プランニング基盤の高度化を推進します。この役割には、卓越した製品知識だけでなく、市場トレンド、ビジネス変革、戦略的なアカウントプランニングに対する深い理解が求められます。

• プランニング・ソフトウェアの専門知識、魅力的でビジョナリーなプレゼンテーションおよびデモンストレーションの提供
• 顧客のビジネス目標・ニーズと課題のディスカバリーを通して、顧客のビジネス変革の道のりをマッピングし、当社のソリューションの価値を訴求
• 営業チームおよびプロフェッショナルサービスチームと連携し、当社の財務・人事ソリューションとも連携する多角的なソリューションを設計し提示
• 営業（アカウントエグゼクティブ）と協力したアカウントプランニング、戦略的なセールスアプローチの立案と実行
• 製品ロードマップ、開発進捗の最新情報の把握と、開発チームへのフィードバックの提供
• パートナービジネス支援の計画とイネーブルメント
• セミナー、展示会、ウェビナーにおけるマーケティング支援
• 継続的な学習と当社製品領域に関する知識の向上

About You

【必須（MUST）】

• エンタープライズクラスの財務・会計プランニングアプリケーションソフトウェアに関する、5年以上のドメイン経験（プリセールスおよび/または、FP&A/経営企画、プランニングソリューション導入、財務会計のシステムコンサルティング・導入）
• Adaptive Insights Business Planning Cloudまたは類似のCPMソリューションの経験
• Cレベル幹部に対する、卓越したプロフェッショナルなディスカバリー、プレゼンテーション、コミュニケーション、およびインフルエンサーとなれるスキル
• 最大限のインパクトを与えるための、メッセージング、デモンストレーションを作成する確かな能力
• 傑出した対人スキルと強力なチームプレイヤーであること
• 30%の出張が可能であること
