Our Lifestyle & Leisure Services team is transforming a high-traffic platform by embedding cutting-edge AI capabilities—and we’re looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to help design and build intelligent agents and the scalable systems behind them. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and operate AI agents tailored to real product and customer needs.Build and maintain robust web applications using Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI).Develop and manage RESTful APIs to support scalable microservices architectures.Architect and deploy services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), using tools such as Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Logging, Load Balancer, and VPC.Establish and evolve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Argo Workflows).Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.Own your systems end-to-end—from design to deployment to monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement.Leverage modern AI development tools such as ClaudeCode and Codex to accelerate implementation and experimentation in daily work. Required Qualifications 5+ years of web application development experience with either:Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot, orPython + FastAPI(RESTful API development experience strongly preferred)Strong hands-on experience with GCP (Cloud Run / GKE / Cloud Logging / Load Balancer / VPC).Experience with other cloud providers is also welcome.Proven experience building CI/CD and GitOps workflows from scratch using tools like GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Argo Workflows.A proactive mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a bias toward reliable, sustainable systems.Experience using AI development tools (e.g., ClaudeCode, Codex) to improve productivity and delivery speed.Business-level English (written and spoken). Nice to Have Experience building or shipping AI agents in production.Background in data analysis, data engineering, or maintaining BI tools.Experience in a tech lead / architect role in a large organization.Track record of maintaining and evolving systems over the long term with regular lifecycle execution.Familiarity with IaC, and monitoring/incident tooling such as Prometheus, ELK, PagerDuty (or equivalents).
