A high-growth AI company is looking for a Tech Lead to drive architecture and product development across multiple teams as it scales its global platform. The company is building an AI-powered data platform transforming the manufacturing industry, with rapid expansion across Japan, the US, and Southeast Asia. As part of the Incubation team, you’ll play a key role in launching new products, shaping engineering standards, and accelerating how teams build and ship. This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate across architecture, product strategy, and team leadership, influencing not just one team but the broader engineering organization.
