要件
- 工学、材料、化学、物理、電気電子、または関連分野の学士号以上。
- 半導体製造プロセスまたは装置技術に関する知識を有すること。
- 統計解析および問題解決能力を有すること。
- 多部門およびグローバルチームと協働できるコミュニケーション能力。
- Microsoft Officeおよびデータ分析ツールの活用経験。
- 英語による基本的なコミュニケーション能力。
- プログラミング、データベース、スクリプト作成の基礎知識を有することが望ましい。

Responsibilities
- and Tasks
- Complete all required safety training and perform work in accordance with Micron safety policies.
- Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced dry etch processes for DRAM manufacturing.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on yield, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Apply statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify, diagnose, and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Plan and execute process evaluations supporting new product introduction, technology node transitions, and process changes.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers and suppliers to improve tool performance and operational stability.
- Lead projects that improve process capability, reduce risk, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, process specifications, and engineering reports.
- Work closely with global development teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support technology roadmaps and manufacturing excellence.
- Utilize analytics platforms and generative AI tools for data analysis, technical reporting, knowledge management, project execution, and data-driven decision making.
Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes or equipment engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analytics tools.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of programming, scripting, or database systems is preferred.
- Ability to utilize AI tools, including generative AI, for information gathering, data analysis, report generation, and operational efficiency improvement, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply emerging AI technologies.
